"First time ever we've eaten at an Applebee's and so happy we chose here to have an amazing perfectly cooked lunch. And our server Christine was a delight. So polite and even though she was working alone hustleing to get us taken care of in a timely mannor she smiled was very nice. It makes a huge great deal when treated respectful. We live on the coast. But will for sure make this Applebee's our stop next time we are here. Thank you again. The food wonderful server was great. A fabulous stop. "Terrible service!!!! Bad, bad service of an employee. I think everyone knows what I'm talking about. We are loyal customers of this otherwise a great restaurant for about 10 years. BUT recently, most of the good servers have gone away and there is now a very bad server. He's a man who seems to be in his 30s. We noticed this terrible service for the first time that he was waiting for us. He would spend most of the time following the young bus girl and talking to her. There were several times when we walk in and there's no one else in the restaurant and no one in the bar and he's nowhere to find for up to 10 minutes. And then, if he gets a few more tables, he's so unorganized that he forgets his other tables. I'm just gonna let her go. The guy's just not cut out for the job. We've been in the restaurant five or six times since, and the service with this guy is always the worst. So we started to give him the tip we thought deserved. What it was about 7%. And that's because he would just go to our table after the time and never even look at us. The restaurant was empty. He's not a good server and I don't know why he's here. He has no good customer service qualities. Typically, if a customer leaves a tip reflecting of the service they receive, an opportunity for the server may reflect what kind of service they provide. Not him! Watch this! Unfortunately the last time we were there, he actually followed me to the parking lot when I was in my car, and he knocked the credit card slipped and fell on the floor before me: so I could see his inadequacy. Then he pretended to get into the passenger side of his car. But when he first came out, he looked like he was following me directly to my car door and came in a few feet from me. He scared me for a second. He knew exactly what he was doing. This is not safe, this is not appropriate, that is very bad! The guy has to go. We won't be back until he's gone. We did not notice paying the higher prices in exchange for consistency and service. But I would prefer to drive to another company that has been set servers based on their ability to interact appropriately with customers. It is currently July 2022 and this began about May 2022"

"Awesome.. First, let's be clear: it's a BUFFET. Now, as buffets go, you can't do better. They are so packed all the time that they just recently raised their prices. Lunch is now $10, and dinner is $15. TOTALLY worth every penny. There are about 10 full buffet tables of various dishes, plus a sushi bar, plus a Mongolian bbq, hot tea, the works. And most of the food is WAY above average. I mean, if Hometown Buffet can stay in business, this place should have a line around the block 24/7. We eat here a couple of times a month, and I always take family here when they visit. The dining rooms are gigantic, and it is a great atmosphere to nibble, nosh, chat, and eat, eat, eat. Great selection of desserts, variety of foods, something for everyone. There is a good reason this place is always packed."

"I recently took a guest to this restaurant, and they had a great experience. The bubble tea was excellent. Although we didn't order food, the smell was enticing enough to suggest that it would be delicious. The claw machines were surprisingly easy to use, and my guest was able to win two big prizes and four ring pops. The only downside was the oddly sticky floor, which made kneeling to use the machines a bit uncomfortable. However, for a bubble tea shop, this may be expected. The service was fantastic, with very friendly staff. I highly recommend this place."

"We fully enjoyed our dinner here! We had the okonomiyaki to start, then had a California roll, garlic tonkotsu ramen, tuna poke don, and a Philly roll for the main course. Everything was delicious! Our waitress super sweet. As we were finishing up we saw a robot come out of the kitchen and deliver a roll to another table! That was a first for us. HahaI liked the murals on the walls inside. They are colorful and fun! There are no paper menus. You scan a QR code on a smartphone and see the menu that way!In summary, we would totally eat here again!"

"I have been coming here for years! for my coffee, my employees coffee, friends, and I always recommend it! But for the last year and a half or two whenever I am in town, and lucky enough to get the guy with dark hair and really trendy cute glasses (sorry I don’t know your name I Know that everything will be on point and delicious. "Amazing place! The raspberry fantasy and L'Amour were literal heaven. Glad no one else was around to see my face when I tried it because I probably looked crazy. Seriously, every single bite was amazing and its probably the best raspberry puree I've ever had. The macarons were also delicious but my favorite detail has to be the PERFECTLY cooked boba. My son had a seizure (first one ever) and was unable to breathe for almost 2 mins. Your team helped us so much. My family could never repay you for what you all did that day! To the blonde woman behind that counter THANK YOU FOR STAYING CALM AND SPELLING OUT THE NAME OF THE STREET when I couldn't say it correctly. My brain literally couldn't process what you were saying so you spelled it out for me. And your quick thinking about the address being on the top of the receipts was genius! To the pretty dark haired, skinny, tan girl, thank you for cleaning off our table and cleaning up my son's vomit. And for bagging up my son's clothes that my husband had to rip off of him. If anyone else was there when this happened please message me! There was a family there about to drive us to the ER around the corner in their mini van THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS! There was also a woman there, I don't remember seeing her in the dining room, she came outside and offered to drive me to the hospital because I was too shaken to drive. You told me your name but I forgot it. YOU HUGGED ME AND LET ME CRY ON YOU AND TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE OK AND I DIDNT EVEN KNOW YOU. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM IF MY HEART. My little boy is ok because of all of your help! He DID have a very severe seizure even again in the ambulance on the way to the hospital but he was in the right hands when the bad one hit. "My husband and I have been eating there since they first open for business. The previous staff that worked there (who I assume are the owners) had always been so nice to us. We ordered from them so much that they memorized our orders and names. Sadly, they don 't seem to work at this location anymore, and this particular location now seem to be run by younger staffs. Last month, my husband phone in his order as usual and we were told that the order would be ready in 20 minutes . Well I arrived 20 minutes later, however our order wasn 't ready at all. Sure, the place was busy and I understand that, so I paid for the order and proceed to wait. A waitress (short, petite, with Mandala tattoo on her hand) took my payment and told me that my order will be ready soon . Well another 20 minutes went by, and I asked another waitress if my order was almost ready. I guess the first waitress didn 't like that I asked, so she cuts in, brings up her index finger and thumb, presses them together, and hisses I SAID, IT WILL BE READY SOON and then gives me a long stern look before walking off. So apparently it was rude of me to ask about my order, although it has been 40 minutes at this point. When my order was finally ready, I watch the first waitress wrap up my order and instead of handing it to me, she walks over to the other end of the cash register table and flatly said (without making eye contact) Thanks for your patience. , and left my food there. I figured maybe she 's just having a bad day, but then again, I shouldn 't have been reprimanded for asking about my order, especially since they didn 't give an accurate time of wait. Needless to say, we won 't be coming back, which is a shame because we really loved this place and the original staffs that worked there."
