"This is my first time here and I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I had the Wild Boar rigatoni, my husband had ravioli with crab and our friend had a pasta dish with fresh peas. All were excellent. We shared the 3 bruschetta for an appetizer , which were very rich and very good. We actually had only 1/2 serving of the pastas and were very satisfied with that amount. We had the butterscotch pudding desert upon our servers recommendation and enjoyed it. We had a nice Chianti wine too I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food for a smaller town, and it stands up to restaurants in many larger urban locations !"

"We had the best service and food so far! It is a hole in the wall space but would come def again and recommend! My husband and I went home full and left with our bitches! The GM told us the history of the building and also showed us. It used to be an Al Capone hiding place and talk easy. All this happened above, after we remain unnamed from another bbq restaurant in Bemidji for poor service and lack of food (of more than 50% of their menu items)."

"Nice looking small Italian style restaurant. I wanted to like it but the pasta seemed like grocery store frozen type, sauce is ok. Pizza is ok. Meatballs need more seasoning, sausage tasted exactly the same as the meatballs, weird. Prices are on par with most pizza places in Bemidji… oddly high for mediocre food. All in all it’s worth a try if you’re in the area."

"I love this pub, I ride from Fargo to eat at noon. The food is always great and the atmosphere is authentic with dark wood interior and a cozy terrace. The best Grilled Cheese I ever had. I can't talk for the beer because I don't drink and ride, but also the trip. Thank you."

"We moved to Bemidji and have already eaten twice at Lazy Jack. Definitely a great place for comfort food! I had the spicy grilled chicken sandwich and didn't know what to expect. When someone from CA who loves spicy food, I didn't have much spicy food in MN. I'm happy to even find something with a kick! I loved the taste of the sandwich, the sauce had a nice kick, and the chicken was tender. I'd order it again. Try the fried Cheesy Pickles! The Minnesota cheese steak comes with au jus, but you really don't need it. The sandwich-back is so soft and the meat is delicate and tasteful. The staff is friendly and attentive, even if it is really busy. It is an entertaining environment, guests of all ages, super casual and a family-friendly environment."

"I and some staff went for there lunch buffet and it was excellent, they had an amazing selection of pizza and pasta and at just over 10 dollars with water instead of a pop, how can you go wrong not even go to McDonald's and get a meal, let alone an amazing pizza buffet. "There were 5 of us and we got there about an hour before closing. Sat down in the bar. We were welcomed at the door, seated promptly nice table, clean seats and table. The staff was friendly and very attentive to us. The food was very appetizing. Presentation lovely. Thank you Applebee's staff. You were all great and we had an enjoyable dinner."

"This location is always friendly. Staff is a bit unprofessional at times but im just here for food, not to judge. Only four stars because the food has become a bit distasteful in the last year or so. Biscuits were hard as a rock and potatoes were luke warm this time around. I guess it could be much worse, but quick and easy place for somewhat of a half decent meal."

"Ever since the restaurant changed ownership, the service has significantly declined. The last few times I visited, I ordered a white chocolate MILK smoothie, but they consistently made a coffee smoothie instead. Today, I tried ordering a different drink to avoid any mistakes, but I still received a white chocolate coffee smoothie. They really need to improve how they make drinks, especially considering the prices they charge."

"Small little bar that serves cold beer and hamburgers with a bag of potato chips. Friendly staff and limited menu. We stopped for a burger and ordered medium burgers that arrived well done and super dry. The next time we are hungry for a good bar burger, we will not stop at Slims. "The mushroom soup (not the right name), I child you don't taste like my grandma did it earlier. Reuben is really good, rye bread was fresh. The French fries were cooked for perfection. "This is our first time to visit a Caribou coffee. We were helped by Linda, who was extremely helpful and friendly and recommendations as well as explained things on the menu for us. Inside the shop is comfortable- they have many interior seats. There is even a cozy fireplace inside. We ordered two hot medium caramel high climbs from here. Delicious. I hope during our trip we can visit more Caribou Coffees to taste different flavors. We will miss being helped by Linda:"

"I love waffeln and this is my place to the breakfast before my Sunday work shift. I can get in at 6 o'clock and at 6:35 o'clock and be on time. Efficient, friendly staff, large menu and plenty of seating. even during the rush this is waiting very long. I love to sit on the tresor! Yes, they have another counter for singles where you can watch people. the dinner menu has several delicious dishes in house style, there is a beautiful salatbar with suppen. hamburger specials on Tuesday. Dessert options for a short stop of sweets and coffee."

"Very welcoming space. There is a pleasant buzz of activity and energy in the restaurant, but it is not so loud that you can't hold a conversatoin. Servers are friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The food selection is varied and appealing. They have fresh, tasty sushi. Everyone in our party of six enjoyed their entrees. The desserts, especially the chocolate cake are outstanding. It was an enjoyable evening. While we didn't sit outside they have a great patio that would be ideal for happy hour or a casual dinner. We will be returning."

"Stopped for a bite to eat, owner was already drunk and being obnoxious. I only know he was the owner cuz he mentioned it 5,000,000,000 times while talking to another couple. Bartender was yelling f bombs at a patron, Food was worse then fast food, pizza was completely burned on top and it was a Jack's pizza that they charged $12 for. I ordered a pepsi that tasted moldy, even though i overheard the owner claim they deep clean everything every Sunday and everything is fresh"
