I encountered an establishment that fell far below my expectations, both in terms of their conduct and the quality of their offerings.Upon entering the premises, I was immediately struck by the lack of organization and management. The staff member Raunati (not sure of spelling) seemed disinterested, engrossed in their own conversations rather than attending to customers. It was disheartening to witness profane language used towards the customer and such an unprofessional attitude.As I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with Raunati who appeared untrained and unaware of customer service. Her inability to answer basic questions about the products left me frustrated and confused. It was evident that no effort had been made to provide proper training or customer service skills to the staff.Unfortunately, the disappointment did not end there. When my order finally arrived, it was evident that the quality of the product was subpar. The presentation lacked finesse, and the taste fell short of even average standards. It was clear that little attention had been given to maintaining consistent quality or delivering a satisfying experience to customers.To make matters worse, when I attempted to address my concerns with Raunati, I was met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. They showed no willingness to acknowledge or rectify the issues, further highlighting their lack of professionalism.In conclusion, my experience at this establishment was nothing short of a letdown. The unprofessional conduct of the staff, combined with the poor quality of the offerings, left me with a sense of regret for choosing to patronize this establishment.
