"I went to this restaurant with 11 friends last night. Everyone received their food, but then our server Kayla C informed me that unfortunately, my burger had been dropped on the floor. They were making another one for me. I waited while my friends ate and eventually, a different server brought me a second burger. As I was halfway through eating it, a third server brought yet another identical burger. I decided to take it home. When it came time to pay the bill, Kayla C charged me for two burgers. I questioned her about it, and she insisted that because they had cooked the burger, I had to pay for it. I expressed my displeasure with this policy and vowed not to return to the restaurant. Rather than apologizing for the mistakes made, the restaurant charged me twice. I left no tip, which is something I have never done before. I do not believe in rewarding bad service paired with a bad attitude. I advise steering clear of this Applebee's, and if you do end up going, avoid being served by Kayla C. (It appears that Kayla C has a recurring issue with providing multiple items, as she gave me three boxes to take home the extra burger.)"
