"Pleasant Cafe is an interesting experience with a great value. It's this perfectly preserved restaurant and bar straight out of the 70s, with a vast menu, unique specials, and a full bar. And it's very affordable! Don't go here with your nose up and quick to judge, it may look old but it has a really special atmosphere that many new hipster joints couldn't recreate if they tried. If you can appreciate it for what it is, you'll be a returning customer no doubt. Be patient with the service, sit back, and enjoy your cold $5 beer!"

"We started with winter salad, followed by bass, corn wort and ravioli, and ended with a delicious apple dessert. The extensive wine list was bypassed, unfortunately we had children in the tow. Our taste palettes were rewarded with tasteful offers and our attachment was preserved with excellent service and attention to our comfort and satisfaction. A lousy location, Mamma Maria could just as easily record a small business dinner as it could be a romantic interlude. Recommend reservations and leave rooms for Dessert. @VikktoriaCooperHomes)"

"menu recently changed-food was good, but many of my favorites were no longer available. the burrata was straight mozzarella, served with unripe tomato. bolognese lacks taste. calamari was excellent, like the carbonara. waitstaff was stretched."

"We could no longer have our experience here for my men 30. Happy birthday. Our reservation was ready and we were set immediately. Our server recommended an appetizer that should die for amazing! Our entrees were also delicious — so full taste. To round it off, they brought him a dessert with a candle on a plate that said birthday on it! I don't know what I loved more... how good the food was or the beautiful atmosphere and romantic atmosphere of a place that was appropriately appreciated. Very recommended and we will be back!"

"Tresca is about 5-10 minutes from the Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market area and maybe 3 minutes from Paul Revere's house. It's one of many Italian restaurants along Hanover Street. We'd strongly advise walking as parking in the area appears sparse. Tresca is a two-story restaurant and we'd suggest going to the second floor. We were seated by a window with views of the street, which was great for people watching. There is something of a family feel about the place, including a very large family group seated next to us. We visited on a Saturday night. Reservations are essential as we saw many people turned away. I would rate our service as OK. It was a busy night and things were a bit slow. It wasn't that the service was bad, but it was basically what you'd expect and not much more. Those around us seemed to be enjoying themselves. Our food was very good. We had the arancini as an appetizer and pasta for our main courses (one carbonara and the other the black tiger shrimp). This is a good choice for an Italian meal."

"earl’s is a great place for the weekend brunch with friends. they offer. $6 mimosas as special and serve all kinds of cool cocktails. their online menu platform offers filter that allow them to see strict vegan menu options, most of which are american takes on Asian fusion. the outside terrace has a retractable roof, which becomes a little cool when the heatings are switched off, but the seats are very green and slim."

"We had an amazing girls night at RUKA last Sunday. We stopped for dinner before a show at the Wilbur. And while the food was amazing, our server was actually the best part! He was so funny and gave us such great advice on what to order. Highly recommend the lobster ceviche, chicken fried rice, roti and basically all the desserts. We had a delicious white wine that I also can’t remember the name of. All around it was a fantastic meal and dining experience. We will definitely be back!"

"They tried to steal my wallet. I called and asked if they found a wallet, they said no. I went back and asked ti hostess if they found a wallet, she rummaged around the drawers and said now. I went to look around the table we were sitting at and when I couldnât find it, on my way back past the front desk I saw my wallet sitting right in top in the drawer tue hostess had just looked in and told me there was no wallet in there. TWO people lied to me about not finding the wallet. There was a significant amount of cash in there, I supposed that was what they were afterâ¦."

"I've been going to the Trident since 1994. It's iconic Boulder.... great people, great coffee, great food, great books. It's unique and fun. I'm grateful it hasn't been gobbled up by big chains or yet another Starbucks. To those of you who didn't have a good experience, give it another shot. Trident is a special spot and I've only had great experiences there in the last 20 years. Thank you to the owners and staff for keeping the Trident alive and well! :"

"Sakurabana is a great choice for a lunch restaurant. They have a wonderful selection of sushi and they've got something for everyone. Today I had the sushi deluxe and was happy about it. The service is good and the atmosphere as well. Portions are not too pricey and good quality for the money. Definitely will be back."

"Everything about this place is fantastic. The staff is so beautiful and it has a very chic atmosphere. Here for drinks and apps, sat outside. Large free space with heat lamps. I have the Prosciutto plate and the picked Ricotta with apricot canned. It comes with 2 large pieces of bread perfect for 2 people. The Prosciutto was high quality and perfected. The grounded ricotta was something from a dream creamy and sweet from the jam above. If the appetizers are so good, I'm sure this is a great lunch and dinner spot! I forget the name of the cocktail, but the mezcal Hibiscus cocktail had a very unique taste, delicious."

"Overall a very good meal. Noise level was moderate but it is located across from the fire station. Trucks left twice with full siren and lights so that was loud but short lived. Started with the antipasti. Picked veg, roasted red pepper and some cheese and salami. Decent but not the best for the price. Saw someone else with caprese and had order regret. All our mains were very good. I had veal parm which was the best I’ve had in along time. Wife went with the table side cacio e pepe. Kind of a small room so hard to see inside the park wheel but taste was excellent. My son had the gnocchetti. He enjoyed it but the large pieces of tomatoes were overpowering. His date had the carbonara and enjoyed it as well. One pet peeve is charging individually for a Diet Coke that is on tap. $4 ea for something that cost less than a dollar is outrageous. A great place located at the far end of Hanover street so less crazy. Tip. You can use the valet at Strega if you can’t find parking."

"Make sure to make bad experiences. My wife and I celebrated a good week and thought we should treat ourselves and find this place online. As soon as we sat, it took 10 minutes to be welcomed by a server. No problem, busy Friday nights mean we all have to wait for water. As soon as the server was able to take our drink order, he informed us that they cannot make martinis because the only alcohol they serve is aromatized citrus and that we need to order advanced drinks. So I ordered a ?margarita?. After 15 minutes wait to the ?margarita I tasted only sugar water. Zero alcohol content. We commission oysters served at an angle that allowed all oyster juice to drain into the small icebox where they were served. I asked about hot sauce and cracked pepper and the server looked like he never heard of these things. As soon as these things arrived 15 minutes later, the oysters with which these things are accompanied were already eaten. Entries: I was served cold manicotti with tomato sauce that had no spices, not even salt, and my wife was served cold and sticky fatty succinni. When I brought this up, my court was taken away from me and returned without being heated. Buyer Careful. The food and beverage quality here is pathetic."

"This is truly a neighborhood gem. If it was more centrally located, with easier parking, it would be packed. The selection of small and large plates makes for grate sharing and having one 's own. Several people loved the soup special. Excellent beer and wine choices. We will go again and again and again. Once we are back to using the T that will take less time than finding a parking place!"

"We are from the Cape and came up to pick family up from South Station. Stopped here to have something to eat and drink before their bus arrived. It was amazing to say the least! My boyfriend and I loved everything about Loco, the atmosphere, food was excellent, drinks were out of this world! Not to mention the staff were super friendly and nice. Our waitress was on top of it the entire time and food and drinks were on our table in an unreal short amount of time. This place is defiantly going to be one of our top stops while we are in Boston!! I highly recommend, Thank you for a great first impression :"

"As I probably say in every review, marked vegan articles are the keys to my heart. I hate it when it says a V or VG and you are not 100% sure if the restaurant actually knows the difference. I had the vegan Shawarma and hot Focaccia. It was very tasteful and filled. It was my first visit and it was a lively warm Sunday. They brought us a croissant (which my husband had), because the food lasted longer than usual. Really cute furnishings and spacious bathroom. Some vegan options I would probably check in the future."

"So happy with our first night out in Boston! We were looking for something unique and fun. This place did not disappoint. Remmy was and excellent server and had great recommendations. The menu is served tapas style with portions that were big enough for 3 of us to share. We had the fried chicken thighs with 3 different sauces (our favorite was the white BBQ), the ribs, the brisket Mac and cheese, and last but not least, the peach cobbler bread pudding! So good!!!"

"Delicious... !! We were a party of four. We were seated almost immediately. The waiter was an older Italian man who made recommendations and was very friendly and knew his job well. . We all picked something.different so we can try each other's dish. I had the pasta with seafood it was absoulotly delicious. The pasta was homemade and the fish was so fresh it tasted as if was caught that afternoon. My husband had the moms Quattro carne who couldn't not stop raving how delicious his food was with a comment with every bite that went into his mouth, it was 4 types of meats with a side of pasta. After he finished his food he cleaned his plate with a piece of fresh Italian bread which soaked up every last bit of his red sauce on his plate. I even made a comment they will not need to wash your dish. My friend had loster ravioli which was absoulotly amazing with a seafood sauce and with homemade ravioli stuffed with lobster..yum!! And her husband had the baked ziti. All was delicious....!! Defiantly a MUST to come back to next time we are in Boston."

"I think it's wicked strange that they'll let you wait at a table for a take-out order and take a phone call, but you can't eat in the restaurant. I like their food and they're more hospitable than anywhere in Chinatown, but still not a fan."
