"This is my wife and mine’s first time going to a more upscale restaurant for our anniversary, and we are so glad we got the chance to come to Flagstaff House for our 15th. The experience was very unique and special to both of us. The view was stunning, and really provided a great atmosphere. The food was fresh, exciting, delicious and filling. The cocktails were fun and tasty. The staff was so patient, attentive, kind, and generous. We really appreciated everyone. We are hoping to make this an annual event, and would love to come back. I have chosen via perla about other restaurants in the inner city of boulder because it offers good Italian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. but I had hoped that the restaurant would not be crowded with loud people, because we really wanted to talk and catch up, not scream and laugh gay. we have, to our great joy, laugh a lot, listen to us strata and comments, and enjoyed our cocktails and dinners. add the wonderful and cheerful service of a friendly server called stacy, and they have everything essential for a beautiful night out. "My wife’s cosmopolitan was half full, one of our guests ordered tonic and it tasted odd. Told the waiter who said that they had been having trouble all day. Finally a member of the kitchen staff served the entrees and spilled my beer on the entree as well as my leg. He fetched a napkin and wiped the beer off the plate and left it on the table. I would recommend a better restaurant with trained staff"

"Came here in a quiet, rainy night. Our GPS brought us to a hidden parking lot instead of the actual restaurant... would have just looked at us the name 4580 (Broadway). Had some surprises and a farewell. Mussels (4 : A beautiful departure from the usual heavier wine and tomato broths with sausage; the broth was on the lighter and sweeter side, adding the shells well. Would like to see how the dish comes with grilled bread so that the sauce is not wasted! Quinoa fritters (4 : Surprising good dish, very well seasoned and damp. If I were to be critical, I would say that the ball had a tendency to smash, and I would like to stay together, just a little better, maybe a little more like Falafel. Jumbo shrimp packed in prosciutto (4 : More like prosciutto-topped as packed. Spices suggested some Cajun influx. The proportion of Quinoa in the shrimps seemed a little bit different, but can't really complain for more food, right? Vegetable risotto (5 : Well composed and executed, delicious. Great roasted garlic taste. Short tip (3-): This had all the components of a large shell, and the protein was well treated. However, the sauce seemed a bit of a note, and seemed to be missing something. In addition, the heart of the shell - the short rib - was quite underseasoned. One of the rare occasions I had to reach for the salt shaker on the table."

"Did not know that this place had reopened until recently, but was super excited to come back because their cocktails are best in Boulder, Bar none. Love the ambience, dear the servers, love that everything is produced locally. Really love that you can add lobster for $10. Sa at a table where I had to watch magic had only a nice evening. Cauliflower couscous was strangely delicious. Bread pudding was for dying. Mete the manager Izze and the Sommelier Lacy; both were beautiful. I wouldn't have had a better night. Thank you."

"It's such a great experience. I've been singing at Hapa for years and never disappointed. The ambience of the restaurant inside and outdoors is quiet. I feel that I tend to be a bit more picky about sushi, and Hapa has always exceeded my expectations of delicious sushi. My personal go-to-roll is either the multiple orgasm or orgasm roll. In any case it is worth trying! I feel like the service is fair. The staff has always been welcoming. There were occasions that drinks were refilled only after dinner, which is hard when you eat quite spicy sushi! The staff can be thinly distributed due to the current lack."

Then another 20 to order our food... then it seemed like it was 20 minutes between each course. The server dropped the dessert menu, then waited 15 minutes to come back and take the order. Our dinner was soooo long. I'd not have ordered three courses if I'd know how long it'd be between each one."

"Everything was spot on from the moment we walked through the door and enjoyed our craft, tap cocktail, to the outdoor seating, to the homemade s'mores and apple pie (crust is remarkable). Owners swung by to share insights into the seasonal items on the menu, even the local organic ketchup that accompanied the best crispy sweet potatoes I've ever had. Winner, winner in my book was the cougar gold cheddar mac and cheese, but of course each had their own vote duck wings, housemade marshmallows, scallops, and creamed kale were leaders."

"We could absolutely never have asked for a better wedding venue. Literally everything from start to finish was perfect. We originally booked the Cabin Lawn, which is a beautiful expanse of the greenest grass you've ever seen amongst the trees, but ended up having our ceremony in front of the water feature on the property after falling in love with that. Emma and Phil offered to set up appetizers afterward in an outdoor courtyard area for our guests to gather while my husband and I finished up photographs. Then, we made our way into the private dining room where we were treated to an amazing selection of food. Most of our guests ordered the Colorado filet--and everyone who did said it was THE BEST steak they'd ever had. We only had 14 people total, so opted for everyone ordering whatever they wanted off the dessert menu--you cannot go wrong with any of the selections from there. We went without any decor for the outdoor wedding because the venue itself is so stunning. The scenery is all you would ever need. The Little Room was the perfect size for our dinner, and we loved the original features of this building from the 1800s still preserved in there. In short, it was the perfect day due in large part to the beautiful and wonderful venue we found in the Greenbriar Inn. We also had the opportunity the day before the wedding to visit with Emma and Phil--they are some of the nicest people you would meet. We worked with Taylor in the months before our big day and she was great and very detail oriented. Lastly, Mike and the rest of the staff working with us that night were awesome. There are truly not enough stars for this venue!"

"Came in with the squad the other night after a long day of running train in Boulder. At first, I wasn't sure why we picked Japango as I typically do not like seafood, but there were so many non seafood options, like the sweet potato roll and vegetable tempura. The cherry on top was our server Riley. So attentive, kind and funny. Give that man a raise!! Only one suggestion. Get some peanut sauce!! Nothing hits the spot better than a sweet potato roll with spicy peanut sauce!!"

"We went to brunch. The food as a whole was very impressive. Each item we ordered has taste and all the beautiful surprises. The crab cake Benedikt was amazing. It was made of crab meat and avocado and so far the best crab cake I ever had. The fried cauliflower had a little Indian fusion feeling with the sour tamarind-ish taste, loved it a lot!! I think the baked French toast could be a little damper. I love the idea of transforming French toast into bread pudding feeling, but the toast was a bit too dry for my taste. Overall we enjoyed the food and the servers were also super nice. But we had an unpleasant experience with the receptionist. We made a reservation and asked for a dining table. The lady told us that we had to wait 5-10min when there were literally 10 empty tables there. We didn't want to wait so they put us on a high table, five minutes later the screw of a table leg was out and the table began to swirl. Have another five stars because I don't feel that the ingenious food and service should be underestimated by an accident"
