"This restaurant did not live up to expectations based on its photos. Many menu items were sold out by 11:30 a.m., including quiche, and breakfast stops being served at 11:00 a.m. was not mentioned anywhere on their website. We ordered two wraps, which were both quite lacking—just a small amount of meat and cheese, no lettuce, and a bag of chips on the side. The coffee was decent, but when we ordered one iced latte and one hot latte to go, we were disappointed to find both lattes were served hot. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they took the hot latte back, poured it over ice, and placed it right back on our table. It seems the employees could benefit from training on customer service and food preparation. It's a shame because the restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but the management doesn’t seem to prioritize the quality of the food."
