"I was really in the mood for a salad the other day and found Salad Heroes nearby. It's a food cart situated amongst a couple other carts that are positioned between a gas station and a car wash. Parking:Car parking is not well defined for the food carts. At least, not as far as I could discern. So, be prepared for that if you're driving. I parked at the gas station parking area.Initial impression: The menu selections seem appropriate for the type of food cart that its name implies, but it's a bit slim on the beverage offerings. As a first-time customer, I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad wrap and a bottle of water. The wrap itself was decent, albeit a bit dry in spots. For comparison, when I make a Chicken Caesar wrap at home, I like to put all the ingredients into a sealed container and thoroughly shake it up in order to evenly distribute the dressing throughout the salad before wrapping it up in the tortilla. Doing so helps to prevent those dreaded choke-inducing dry spots. I also would have enjoyed more croutons in the wrap . . . Well, now that I'm thinking about it, I'm not sure if there were croutons in the wrap! Oh, well. It was still pretty good!On a more positive note, the chicken chunks were of good size, the leaf lettuce crunchy, and the added hard-boiled egg offered a nice touch of flavor that I don't usually include when I'm at home. As for beverages, it seemed there were just two beverages to choose from. Water and Gatorade. Therefore, I would like to suggest additional beverage offerings, as the current selection seems pretty slim. Namely, regular V8 and Spicy V8. These two additions would likely pair well with most any salad and the idea of getting your daily dose of veggies. They also have just enough flavor variance between them to be viable offerings.Overall, my first visit was decent enough to warrant another visit. In my book, that's a WIN."
