"I ordered a Dürüm without hot sauce. Unfortunately, the man who served me (small stature, black hair, spoke standard German) accidentally put hot sauce on it. When he realized his mistake, he simply picked up the part of the kebab meat that was already covered in sauce with his bare hand and threw it away it was pretty gross. In addition, he made no attempt to replace the part of the kebab meat that had just been thrown away. Apparently he felt unobserved. When I politely asked him to replace the missing portion of meat, he seemed caught and did so reluctantly. He didn't even look me in the eyes. Additionally, he didn't even bother to re fry the meat, leaving it with a rubbery consistency. When I got home I noticed that he had forgotten to put sauce on the meat again. In addition to the poor customer service, I also couldn't enjoy my food. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Recently, there have been an increasing number of situations involving poor customer service and poor food quality. Therefore, I have decided to avoid Vibes restaurants in the future. You've definitely lost a long term customer in me."
