"they had me at vegan italian. cambria has a few restaurants with some vegan products, but this is the only one I know that everything on the menu is either vegan, or can be veganized. my wife and I shared three things: caesar salat, filled red paprika and polnta. later two came with the same vegetables: very large broccoli pieces and boiled grape tomatoes. both had a vegan cheese that was more like a cheese sauce, peppers came with a butternut quartet sauce. there was a choice of four vegan sauces for the polnta I decided for the puttanesca, although I fear it could be too spcy. no worries, everything was quite mild, and I could have added chili flakes, but not. it was tasty and full, no need for the brot I would have had on another Italian place. due to the pandemic, it was outdoor seating with food in boxes, plastic cutlery that eat a adventure made and it was a bit expensive, but hey, it is cambria, plus inflation. or they're up!"
