"Donny's is amazing! Great atmosphere w a cool cycling vibe and Christian owner who you can instantly tell really just loves all people! The food they prepare here is also absolutely top notch! I would easily expect to pay $20 for the artisan sandwich I had so it's a super deal for $7-9! I will definitely visit again when m next in San Diego! Even if I'm staying somewhere else in town it is worth a bit of a drive to pop over here! The coffee is also excellent with very smooth tasting espresso shots that are pulled well!"

"This is my absolute favorite place in gaslamp. It has been around for years and it's ALWAYS good. I can only review food as I don't drink. I think they make the best bread pudding..... Fish n chips are excellent.. I love the loaded potatoes and leek/ potato soup. My friend enjoyed the full Irish breakfast. I used to go to extraordinary desserts for my birthday dessert and it's excellent but this year I had the bread pudding 3x in one month. Service is beyond excellent. Highly recommend and they have great outdoor area."

"it may have been a decade since I went to zorbas, and decided to review it. past are the great buffets style meals. the ambiente was beautiful with Greek music game, 3 people who checked us in. they flew the table fast. all three of us have ordered the Gyro plate. it comes with suppe or salad, sweet and rice or kartoffeln. eating was very fresh. the lentil suppe was so good. my son really liked his chicken soup. my lentil was much better in my humble opinion. the salate my man said was good and simple enough in proportion. the Gyro meat was not hard at all, but tender and juicy. "I received poorly made Fully Loaded Fries, all it had was uncut bacon, and no cheese sauce, just bunch of ranch and not enough fries. Also did not receive Blue Cheese Dip but was replaced with Buffalo Sauce, in which I cannot eat it. I felt that my whole order was made in a hurry because the way it was poorly bagged. Not sure is I recommend ordering it late at night."

We opted to sit on the covered patio, which turned out to be much quieter than inside. The variety of food offered is impressive, with a wide selection of salads, soups, pastas, potatoes, muffins, breads, desserts, and more. Everything we tried was delicious. The only downside was the small restrooms, which seemed to be in constant use. It's something to keep in mind, especially for those bringing young children."

"Today was my first time at this location. Business was booming. I spoke with a sweet employee, Andrea, who helped me with understanding how to select a reward on a mobile order. While standing in line to place my order, I followed her directions and successfully placed my order. While waiting for my order, I watched the staff work so efficiently in tight quarters and being friendly to one another. A cashier was so attentive to me, letting me know my order was coming and brought it to me instead of putting it on the shelf for on-line orders. Another young lady, Leah, was on her break and had a sweet, short conversation with me, telling me she liked her job, it is her first. What a great experience for early on a Sunday morning."
