"You did it again. Order placed, recognized, charged, order status now Delivered and the order was not delivered. I called the store, and they told me that I've delivered the order to do nothing with them. I told them that I had ordered this from Caseys and both Casey's people with whom I denied any responsibility for the delivery, and they refused to take all the measures to complete my order. So I called DoorDash. They were not able to reach the delivery driver who seems to have stolen my order and finish their job. I asked DoorDash about Casey's bizarre treatment from me and they told me problems such as these should be handled between Casey's and DoorDash and that customers do not have to deal with Casey's delivery failures themselves and of course that is right. The problem here is that the two people I spoke to at Casey did not do their jobs and demand instructions from someone who understands how to do their jobs. I called the store again and told my call with DD. The person of Casey denied the knowledge of how to address a delivery failure, but finally admitted that she could call DD herself and could disagree on it. After she disturbed me that I should just pick up my order herself, she recommended me a reorder and expects a long waiting period because other orders were before me. This is, of course, Ludicrous. I remember that my order was already more than half an hour too late and asked for contact information for the owner I was denied. I've reordered and I'm interested in seeing what's happening. So this store not only does business with a company that employs people who are quiet on the FLOOR and skulk away, they employ people who do not do as they will say. It's disgusting.
