"5 stars for staff. 4 for corporate. Always clean, tidy and polite. The food service is fast (especially considering the amount in the rush hour and they have as much staff as can work in the room. Some of the (Corporate recipes fall flat really... seriously... miss the brand. This experience really prevented me from tasting new panera soups. Example: I sit here deconstruct two soups I brought home last night with dark brown opaque base spicy, taste a bit like beef boillon with rosemary, a **** of hot sauce and onion powder plus cilantro, black pepper encrusted chicken very southwest flavor. Yummy, if you wanted to. I add corn, roasted red peppers, black beans and rice. You'd run away every day. But I had ordered a wrong soup. No, where on the description says it's Korean style until I went to the online description (states mentioned chili paste, red peppers etc. I had expected a translucent stock, cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, green onions, sesame seeds... mild spicing from the vegetables she selves and the delicate taste of sesame and edamame. (My companion had ordered the chicken. At least what I got was warming the mouth. For me, it had a certain after incineration and southwestern burps. If I had ordered this for a child. The version with roasted edamame tasted less of black pepper, but was overwhelmed by the taste of sweet red pepper and carrots. I've been making homemade soup for 20 years. Not packages, but from scratch. I ate from San Francisco to Washington DC. Not even did they look or taste like that. I like Korean cuisine, but that's not what I wanted last night. I have no expectation that you change the recipe, but at least change the description to 'Zesty' or 'Spicy' Korean style. The noodles were perfect."
