"I gave the restaurant 3 stars because the steak was like shoe leather. I live 15-20 minutes away from Outback and ordered it medium rare. It had a tough skin on the outside. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star is because I have ordered it many times before and it was great. Everything else was fine - salad, bread, butter. However, the mashed potatoes were as hard as a brick. I have ordered from here plenty of times and it has always been great, so they must have had an off day."
