"I placed an order 5 minutes before I arrived at Kroger. I went in, filled a prescription and walked towards the Starbucks counter. No drink, no employees behind the counter. A young guy with glasses sitting at the table eating tostino chips and wearing a plain black t-shirt said nothing to me and got up to make my drink. Said nothing to me while he made it and handed it to me silently. I get that you want to take a break or rest for a minute, but at least acknowledge me. It felt rude and the employee acted as if I interrupted his break time. My girlfriend, when I told her, said she has had issues with the same employee. Just say hey drink will be ready in a minute, I 'm making it fresh for you . I would have tipped him like I always tip the barista. First time I haven 't tipped there."
