"A classic old style feel restaurant. It takes me back to a classic fine dining experience. Without the pretentious attitude from the wait staff. Our service was awesome. We loved our experience here. The feed was fantastic. They had a two piece musical set together for the evening. It was lovely. The feed was really good!! Their crab bisque and peach cheesecake- a must try for anyone!!!!"

"Ordered the Branzino, and served cold not hot. Also lots and lots of bones on first few bites. Cocktails were great, main dish not so great. My girlfriend ordered salmon and it also was served cold. On a Friday night and not super busy. Definitely took a while to receive main course entree after appetizer. Sad to say I will not return here as it definitely has slipped since last time here. Sad since my girlfriend was visiting from DC and wanted to give her a great night on the town"

"Reserved a table for our anniversary. The service was great! The food was also delicious. They released plates for our meals (read my spirit) and we shared steak and lobster with pasta. Only what I would change is the light situation for certain tables when the sun goes down. I'm all for an illuminated environment, but we were in a section of the restaurant without overhead lighting, or candles at the table. At the end of our meal I could not really see the delicious food on my plate. I would recommend adding some small candles to the tables in the corners / corners of the restaurant. Thanks for a great night!"

Allen offered me service with a smile, was very polite and shared some of the interesting history about the restaurant. He seems to enjoy what he does. "It was our first night with friends from us since February and Rock City Eatery gave us a great experience. Your intake of poutine with the ducks fat fries was delicious and definitely unique. We all have the Mac and the cheese with different blows, but I have the carmeled onions and the crushed brisket. The huge bowls and the rich Cheddar cheese for one of the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. The bowl was even made from baked parmesan cheese and it was delicious. Will definitely come back to try more about the menu."

"Delicious, unique pizza here. We have the Garlic Knots to begin gently, crunchy outside, all the garlic you could dream. Then we had: the Bee Sting (NYC pizza sauce, pepperoni, fresh mootzarella, fresh basil, hot honey) the Julia (Mootzarella, Prosciutto, fig jam, balsamico glaze, green onions, pecorino, shaved parmesan) The crust had the perfect crunch and all flavors were very balanced. All ingredients were fresh and of great quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful!"

"My family and I were celebrating my mother’s 73rd birthday. I phoned ahead to let them know I was running a little late and was told we have to leave after our 2 hour window. The food was mediocre but was served in a timely manner. My cousin and I did enjoy our pizza. Everyone else had pasta, steak, or salmon dishes and they said it was ok at best. Our server was attentive, kind, and well versed with the menu. The bill had a random $25 open food item on it. Our bill was for 10 people and everything was accounted for for but that one item. Pay attention to your bill. Lastly, the bartender gave my family not so pleasant looks the whole time we were there. The ambiance was nice."

"This restaurant is excellent in my opinion. The food is incredibly delicious, with unique flavors and recipes. The dumplings are outstanding. The cheeseburger is enormous and definitely worth the price. The tres leches dessert is probably the most delicious you'll ever taste. I can't wait to try their Sunday brunch.
