"This was our second visit this time to celebrate a 65th Wedding Anniversary. The tables had been set beautifully with candles and flowers which added to the special nature of our visit. Coupled with the beautiful views of the mountains and lake the setting...was absolutely perfect. Despite being a party of 12 all courses were served together without anyone facing delay and the main courses on piping hot plates. The quality of food was exceptional fresh mixed salads, tender cordon bleu, local fresh water fish fillet and a choice of deserts (lemon sorbet was my favourite). Our experience was enhanced thanks to the attentive service from Andrea and Hana who made sure our glasses were filled and who served and cleared without fuss or stress : After two such positive visits now, we give a well deserved 5 stars and are very happy to recommend the restaurant at Hotel Vogelsang : Please convey our appreciation to all the serving staff and to the wonderful chefs in the kitchen."
