Zorlu – Fine food from Eitorfer Asbacher Straße to Schoellerstraße 33 into a new building about a year ago. The exterior facade of the two-storey building is currently equipped for cleaning work. Unlike the uncoated facade, it looks very cozy, modern and welcoming. The guest enters a hall room with huge windows. In terms of height, this space is divided into two parts, in the rear area where the sales counter with the underlying shelf area for the food sale lies, a ceiling in floor height limits the space. In the front area, which serves as a restaurant area, the room has a height to the top floor ceiling. The restaurant is flooded with light. The walls are decorated in broken white and with light brown wooden tables and standing beige furniture in the basket chair design. Silver-colored pipes of a ventilation system on the ceiling recall modern industrial design – a modern and cozy ambience overall. We sit at a round table in a corner of the guest room and are served by the service, a young man and a young lady, professional, forward-looking and friendly. Attention, the service sees when used dishes need to be cleaned asking if everything is correct. We feel very concerned. You do not see in a given palate, after this Bonmot I write food and drinks together, with I approach the most important foods closer, but otherwise in the style of a short report. After a pleasant aperol sprayer for our girlfriend and me – my dearest will hunt me home through the Siegtal and therefore drink mineral water – our hostess ordered two mixed appetizer plates, one cold, the other warm. The cold starter plate offers us homemade specialties such as two types of sheep cheese cream, rice-filled wine leaves, filled peperoncini, tomato paste and olives filled with cartilage, with fresh bread. The warm counterpart spoils our palate with grilled peppers with sheep cheese and fried pulp. We three choose delicious Mediterranean food. A fruity, dry Pinot “One to One” from Pfälzer Weingut Diehl accompanies my food sequence and that of our friend. This correspondingly cooled wine with mineral charm fits perfectly with our meat dishes. My favourite has opted for a • Argentine Premium Rumpsteak (250g) with herbal butter, Eitorfer Salat and rosemary salads, where they could have chosen French Fries or seasonal pangeuse instead of rosemary. Argentine Premium Rumpsteak with herbal butter, Eitorfer salad and rosemary All components of the farm fill a green-blue ceramic plate with an elevated edge, an optically appealing and exceptional shell design. The Rumpsteak is consistently delicate and juicy and tastes very well together with the herbal butter – after some additional spices with salt and pepper. The rosemary salads with intense rosemary flavor are excellent. The potatoes seem to have been fried in the pan just before serving, because they are extremely crispy. In this variant my wife was not served rosemary. This type of preparation clearly evaluates the supplement in its eyes. Another highlight is the mixed salad – because of the dressage. The green is a mixture of crispy different leaf salads, cucumber slices, tomatoes ants and ruccola, doubled with a fruit balm dressing with olive oil. The dressing tastes so exceptionally good for all of us that my lovers really want to know details about it. The service lady is somewhat reserved with explanations about the composition of dressing, but a short time later, the manager informed by the service lady gives more information about the dressing created by the mother of the boss. Based on a fruit elixir, Marille from the Austrian house is the core piece, which is stirred with other ingredients for a creamy dressage. At the later purchase of the elixir, the boss gives more tips. In the meantime, my wife mixes this hypermarinade in local cuisine, and we look forward to this salad refinement. For me the young lady from the service serves • Lamb hacks with Eitorfer Salat and French Fries where I would have chosen as an alternative rosemary salad. Lamb hacks with Eitorfer Salad and French Fries Three exemplarily roasted lamb skirts are framed by a pretty part of finely cut frits and a salad on a high edge ceramic plate. The tasty lamb jerseys have an excellent roasting aroma and are still roasted in thicker places inside, in thinner places. The frits taste excellent, are crispy outside and velvety inside, not a bit greasy. To lettuce, almost everything was said above, except that dressing on the greenware is just absolutely for me. Our hostess gets • Eitorfer salad with beef fillet. Eitorfer salad mix with beef fillet Our girlfriend is very satisfied with her rich salad mix covered with beef fillet tips. Parmesan spusel on the meat give additional spices. Salad and Dressing: Enough of Praise Words!. The dessert is liquid for our friend and me. It is a tasty and authentic fragrant ornamental liqueur. Zorlu – According to our experience from the Schlemmerabend and as a brand is far too modest. Zorlu – exquisite food would be golden. Anyway, we were not the last time in this fine atrium. This makes five stars almost inevitable."
