"First off, they didn’t have meatballs, which is what I came in for. OK so I get a Philly steak. I couldn’t understand the guy behind the counter because he mumbled. In fact, he just stared at me when it was my turn. He didn’t ask could he help me. After he told me, there was no meatballs that’s what it seem like he started hating me. I don’t even know this kid!!!! He starts making the Philly. He digs the scoop in the meat, fills it up and then he only puts part of what was in the Scoop on the sandwich!!! Lol! I didn’t catch it at the time but he didn’t even heat up the meat and cheese before he put it on the sandwich. I had to go home and do that. Told him I wanted onions and green peppers and he’s strung two or three across the entire sandwich so I asked for a little bit more. Same thing with the lettuce. He puts the wrong sauce on, I told him to just scrape it off, and I’ll deal with it. Now he’s seems madder!! Turned out to be the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from subway. The guy that took my money acted like he couldn’t even count the money out and boy did he take his time. I hated my experience so much that I took the SUBWAY app off of my phone. Those kids will never have to do with me again. Oh, there was water all over the floor. I hope no one slips and falls. Good luck with those employees. "Do NOT order the Bourbon Chicken. They will give you sweet and sour pork and yell at you for questioning them. This happened to my daughter once, when she ordered bourbon chicken , brought it home and then I discovered that it was not bourbon chicken... either that, or they don 't know how to make it.The chicken was semi-dark and stringy... like pork would be. And the sauce... YUK! This was NOT sweet-ish and savory-ish like bourbon chicken sauce should be... it was sour and pungent.I called back to complain and the main lady (who is very gruff and does not speak English well) dug her heels in and swore that they made me what I ordered. I told them that I would bring it back up to the restaurant and show them first hand that what they gave me was not bourbon chicken. Honestly, I 've been living on this earth for over 4 decades now, I think I know the difference between chicken and pork. She finally said that she would give me a refund, which was about the best solution I could have hoped for in this scenario... and then she hung up on me.A few minutes later, she called back and said that she needed my card number in order to issue a refund... which is fine. I gave it to her, but she said that she would not refund the full amount, because it was a lunch combo and it came with soup and the soup was okay. So she gave me 80% of my purchase price.Very gruff, very abrasive... and does not know how to make Bourbon Chicken. I cannot in good conscience recommend at this point.I used to eat there once a week, lunch combo (Hunan Chicken) and it is fine (egg drop soup in particular is good... a little thicker than other places), but I wanted to try something different this time. Turns out, it was awful... the food and the entire experience.I would suggest if you 're heck-bent on frequenting this place, find something you like from them and stick with it (i.e. don 't try to change it up). And whatever you do... DON 'T order the bourbon chicken ."
