"Okay, FOR New Bern, this is 5 stars.... For sushi in general, 3.5, so let's give Kuma 4 ! Miso soup (Excellent) Seaweed salad (delicious and super fresh). Sushi classics (Delightful but needs to be rolled better) as they were a tad lose. Dumplings (vegetarian) are good but have to be correctly sealed, as they opened when steamed. Specialty rolls, very good, no complaints. Teriyaki chicken, terrible. Cold, lacked flavor, as if they threw sauce on top of some sad chicken breast, it was very disgusting, but hey, this place is a sushi restaurant. Service (Trent or trey) good young man and attentive! Drinks on point! Cold beers, good cocktails, and soda. I'd definitely consider going to here if you haven't. I will absolutely be back."
