"At one point this place must have been great but it's obvious that they have let the inmates run this place. I've never seen a place where employees can come and go as they, please. They come in high or drunk, they go into the bar and treat themselves to Bucas alcohol or bring in their own. The employees take smoke breaks regularly but they’re not smoking cigarettes, they are smoking weed and you can smell it on the employees. I guess Buca doesn't care if their employees steal their alcohol and smoke weed while at work. 2 employees were caught in uniform on the clock on the property smoking weed. Both were reported and given a final write up but Buccas HR team went against their drug and alcohol policy and let the 2 remain employees. I saw that one particular employee (blonde female) blasted Buca, their managers, and Buca's food all over social media, and this particular employee was one of those I'd who was caught smoking weed on the property and she is still employed at Buca. Sadly, Buca has let its servers run this place. The servers do not card anyone so if you want to drink, don’t worry about being carded. Coming into work and finding that the am manager has let produce sit outside at 90+ degrees for hours. Be very very careful about eating here."
