"Food was very good! But our sever disappeared after initially giving us the entrees. Didn’t ask if we needed anything or refill our drinks. We had to push the call server button three times and someone else came and we let them know we would like dessert. Then our originally server came back and we told him that we already let someone else know. Our dessert was brought out late and so was our check with the original server."

After what I thought was a productive conversation with the manager, I was taken aback by one of the last remarks he made: "I know there were no tomatoes on that order, so I guess I must be blind." I found that comment to be unexpectedly rude and unnecessary. I love your restaurant and was simply seeking clarification about the refund process. Unfortunately, this incident has made me uncomfortable about returning or recommending your establishment to others. It's disheartening because I have always enjoyed dining with you. I hope the management addresses this matter, as such behavior is unacceptable and impacts customer loyalty."

"My wife and I have worked in food service so we are usually very understanding individuals. Our waitress didn't check on us after we got our food, we never got drink refills and when the manager came over to ask how everything was..he walked away before I could swallow my food to answer him. I'm sorry but this service was terrible, how do you have a table seated for over 40 minutes and not check on them or ask about refills?"

"Love this place ! You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The scenery is beautiful and the staff are very polite. I’ve been here with my entire family and they loved it as well. My sons a picky eater he decided to get the pizza and he wasn’t disappointed it was really good freshly baked right out the oven. Great for special events 10/10 this place is it. ."

"I brought my 8-year-old to the Buck hotel to sit in the dining room, as we usually think we were wearing a tanktop, as he is usually in the summer. I was told that I had to sit at the bar with my eight-year-old, because my man wore a tanktop, in which he carried many paints a tanktop. the woman also said it is good for women to wear tanktops in the escaping area, but not men. my man is super fit I guess that's the problem apparently someone complaining that he had a regular tank top not a bad tank top. it is not as if the buck hotel is a nice place where there are $100 teller, it is quite cheap and the bar area has a type of leaves hanging on the deck."

"This is the second time I have been here, and once again everything from the food to the service was amazing. We all had the rib special, I had smokehouse fries, or something like that as you can see it was stacked and delicious. The two others had a crab tater tot dish, twas amazing... The ribs were very good, tender and flavorful. Nice to see a side of greens north of the Mason Dixon. The beers were nice and cold with a good selection. We all had a different mixed drink prior to dinner, all were excellent. Beers with Ribs though. After I stop traveling for work, I'll probably bring the wife. LOL"

"I ordered a pizza and lasagna. The pizza was fantastic—well-seasoned with great cheese. Unfortunately, the lasagna was inedible, so I ended up throwing it away. It had barely any meat, just three small sausage balls, and only a few noodles! It was drowning in sauce and an excess of cheese. I don't understand how they can even call it lasagna; it resembled more of just sauce and cheese."

"Very awesome! Everything was delicious and hot. Portion size for the salmon teriyaki dinner was perfect. I really enjoyed the amount of vegetables I got, most places dont give a lot or of good quality. This was good for sure. Teriyaki sauce was perfect not too sweet. Shrimp tempura was very light, not heavy like some other places. Much enjoyed that. Overall im a happy camper and will definitely order again!"

"They were good but unfortunately they are sliding down hill fast. I ordered 2 double cheese stakes with fried onions and mushrooms. Unfortunately, they came without onions or mushrooms and hardly any cheese and I doubt it was double meat. They offered a $2 refund. Btw the delivery fee of $3 lol I understand that this shop on Bristol rd in oakford pa is not part of the other stores but unfortunately they are still using the name and in my humble opinion hurting it. Just a heads up to future customers."

"I strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant! Tonight, I ordered chicken primavera, but what I received was simply buttered penne with chopped chicken and zucchini—no sauce, nothing else. After a long wait, I was promised a replacement. I drove back to pick up the new dish, which ended up having a blush sauce and assorted vegetables—but still no pasta! I called to voice my complaint and spoke to the owner, who told me it doesn't come with pasta. However, it’s clearly listed under pasta dishes on the menu! The service was very disappointing. I wouldn't even give it a single star if I could."
