"My wife and I made this our top local restaurant the first time we ate there the week they opened. Michel and staff serve up perfectly prepared and presented dishes that you would expect from a Boston or Providence restaurant. I think we have tried every item on the menu at least once, and the quality and variety are always superb. We recently stopped in for their Valentines Day tasting, and sat in front of the kitchen watching them serve up one tasty course after another. Yup, I have to say, we are regulars!"

"Met a couple of girlfriends here for what turned out to be the last summer night of the fall and happy to take advantage of Tapatio's outdoor space. While it was loud at times in the busy parking lot, it was great to be outside. The drink menu offered a Lavender Haze and I can't say no to Lavender! It was a good drink, and I especially liked the touch of the dehydrated lime as garnish. I went for the tacos plate and were i to do it again I would have made all of them the house made chorizo as that was definitely the star of the show. Greasy, but very flavorful. There's a big menu and I would likely try a burrito were I to go again. Our server was very kind and friendly. Guessing they do a brisk take out business with local residents and store employees!"

"Very disappointed to be writing this note. After years of frequenting the Great Dane and enjoying every visit we've experienced a disturbing trend over our last few visits. Recent experiences at the Dane have led us to take it off our go-to short list. We expect that service can be a little strained given widespread staffing issues. That said, all our obviously overextended servers have been pleasant, professional and conscientious. Ignoring strained service our more serious concerns are over dramatic shrinkflation, declines in food quality and an aggressive penny pinching mentality. Some examples: 1. Three tacos are now two and the primary taco ingredient is significantly smaller. Fish tacos used to have a healthy portion which is now a fried strip of fish about 1/2 inch across. 2. Taco contents are of poorer quality. I was served pork tacos with small portions of dry chewy lumps of pork unlike anything I've gotten before. 3. Scrimping on sauces. Fish taco sauces were served in a tiny plastic cup that was exactly 1/4 inch filled. When I asked the server for a usable amount of sauce she was gone until my meal was nearly finished... the reason; she had to get manager approval to give me another 1/4 inch of sauce without an up charge. Really? 4. Other dishes (e.g Mexican bowl and others) have gotten so small they are marginally Dinner servings. We would pay the already inflated prices if the product was still great. It isn't. It's obvious in looking around that Americans are eating too large a portions but this doesn't feel like an altruistic concern on your part. The sense we get as customers is that the Dane has experience a dramatic change in your business model. It's disappointing to feel we are no longer valued as anything but a captive audience that will not notice a penny pinching attitude that extends to food quality and portions. Unfortunately we get it and will find other go-to places for our casual area meal outings. Sad and VERY disappointing....."

"My wife and I eat have eaten at Dario's multiple times for one simple reason the food is Great with service to match. anyone who knows me and how I hate going out to eat because I always seem to get sub-standard meals and or service. however this has never been the case at the Lunenburg or Fitchburg location. Every Christmas season My wife and I host the family Christmas party for both sides of the family 1 night her family 6-25 guest , 1 night ,mine the same , one time instead of cooking we handed out Dario's takeout menu and they all ordered, this was the ONLY time in about 20 years there were NO left overs! we always look forward to eating here!"

She beat menu elements and interacted with my children to act crazy, our food came fast and was hot and tasty. Great portions, great flavors. A slightly elevated feeling, but still cozy. Beautiful bar and seating area. Great prices. The woman who greeted us at the door was very friendly and the host who sat us was a master. Very pleasant experience together. "So the secret from this place is brilliant. Be patient, they are popular for good reason and it is worth waiting. Be patient, busy restaurants with great prices will occasionally leave something out of your order; breathe... childishly remember... they will bring it to you. They serve the best salmon my wife has ever eaten, which says a lot. Your onion rings are a bomb! No panic about the green substance within the lobster have all lobsters; it is her liver and so many people love it (it is often called "the tamale")"

"Went to Gold Bowl in Fitchburg Ma for the first time 12/10/21. I must say it was such a pleasant surprise, EVERYTHING was out standing. The wings, IMHO, are on the small side and we are done so not very juicy that I prefer! Some people probably like them smaller and well done!
