"We got Duked at Duke 's!We got charged twice on our bill. I asked for the server and showed her on our phone that money was already deducted from our card. And explained to her that we had already paid for the bill. But she insisted that we haven 't. So we just gave her cash for the double charge and tipped her 30% and left. So technically she got double the tips on the card and in cash! We were on our honeymoon and didn 't want any negative vibes on our 1st time in Hawaii.Despite the money issue that didn 't stop us from enjoying the music and atmosphere was amazing. But watch out for getting double charged.. especially when you had too many drinks.. Don 't get taken advantage of. Don 't be like us and get Duked! ?"

"The prime rib was outstanding. The kids smoked meat was good for the price. The seafood pasta was very good but I didn't really taste any crab. The prawn appetizer was good but would not get again, too pricey. French fries and mushrooms were awesome. I marked the ambiance down only because of the high top tables. Just not for me. I think if they were the same height as the outside tables it would be better. The server Mike was great!"

"First time I heard of this place was from Tommy eats when he said he found this place on accident and he went on and on about how bomb their prime rib is. I...have to disagree They're prime rib was..ok. It lacked flavor. It lacked salt. The herbs were almost there but not quite. But!! It was juicy and very tender and my plastic knife cut thru it and didn't break so that's a plus lol but I just wouldn't spend $32 on this again I'm sorry The prime rib plate came with mashed potatoes and veggies. The veggies was good. Crunchy but cooked it was nice. The mash on the other hand....idk if they didn't care at this point cuz they went thru a thanksgiving rush for their turkey sale or whatnot. But that mash was a no for me. I'm sorry these people are such nice people and I hate to leave bad reviews but I'm just being honest. The mashed potatoes was..watery maybe from the gravy I asked for but it just looked like potato soup lol and the flavor it was giving was not so good it had a weird aftertaste like smokey or burnt and curry? Idk it was just weird for me. I couldn't finish it Veggies 7/10 Mash 3/10 Prime rib 6/10 The service was amazing Celeste was so nice and so kind and so was her husband (I think) he was the Cook in the back he kept coming to ask me how I wanted my prime rib IM VERY OPEN idc to what cut or if it's medium well or what not I'm all about flavor but unfortunately it lacked flavor today. Maybe it was just today I might give them another chance again. But overall the owners are sweet she gave me some free bananas so thank you so much. Will o come back? Maybe..to try other things Will I ever spend $32 on a 8oz prime rib? Absolutely not lmfao I will just stick to the expensive buffets and enjoy the prime ribs there. But this was an experience. Glad I got to try this out it was ok for what it was. You can't please everybody. But you also don't have to be mean. I'm just leaving an honest review..that's all I hope I didn't offend anyone."

"We enjoyed our late lunch at PF Chang in Honolulu Waikiki. It was surprising to see the restaurant almost empty at 1pm.... We ordered steamed shrimp dumpling appetizer, 3-item happy hour lunch deal for $30 (crispy green beans, Kung Pao chicken, spicy chicken) and ordered mongolian beef. It was very nice we were able to choose rice, fried rice or lomain noodles (for extra fee). We were served promptly but the server didn't take our rewards at the beginning but asked to provide it later and we didn't get reward points for this visit. This happened quite a few times at other locations, which is very annoying."

"The guy at the desk was really nice, I presume he was a manager or something. The flavors are pretty good, but a little too mild in my opinion. My only problem is that I got a meal deal, 20 dollars for 20 wings and each wing was about the size of a mcdonalds chicken nugget. Some of them were even smaller. The really small ones were also MOSTLY breading. Paying 1 dollar per each small smidge of food, I felt pretty cheated. Good seasoning tho"

"The food here is awesome! It's one of the many lunch places that are in the Pioneer Plaza that cater to the downtown business crowd. They have daily specials and some delicious salads in their display. The service is fast and friendly. Their food is very fresh and tasty. It's like gourmet cooking. I like that they mix brown rice in the rice and that they use thin noodles in their macaroni salad. I tried the chili dog the other day and really enjoyed it. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and in abundance. Their tofu and somen salads are fantastic. You should give them a try. You won't be disappointed."

"This place was so good years ago and they just continue to go downhill. They used to have good food and good menu variety but then they switch to plant-based only, which wouldn't be bad but their menu just kept getting smaller and smaller and the quality got worse and worse. Last few times I've tried to come here, they are either closed or out of everything. I'm not sure how this location is even still open when they never have anything to sell and the open hours are minimal. It's too bad too, this side of the island could use a nice cafe-type place like how it used to be."

"This place is unassuming but if you're hungry for fast food ramen/curry, this is the place. It is affordable and no-nonsense. It is also always warm inside if you dine in. I always get the curry udon. Mochiko chicken is also one you can't go without. Also on a side note: my stomach always hurts afterwards. I'm not sure why, maybe cause i overindulge or maybe there's a particular ingredient my stomach doesn't like. Either way, I always say I won't return but.....I do. Parking is in the shopping center."

"Came by today for a kouign amann and sat inside to enjoy it between running errands. I've grabbed them out in Aina Haina and they were always okay but this one was so awful. It was stale and soggy, and just not enjoyable to eat at all. I had 2 bites, thought about taking it home, and decided it wasn't worth it. Chucked it in the trash before leaving. $1 tip for a $5.28 disappointment. If baked goods are what they're known for, I'm glad I didn't order any food."
