"I've never been to Fredericksburg or he'll lose today, so it was a refreshing change from the usual. I ordered my first common dish when examining a new Mexican restaurant that would be enchiladas cheese with rice and beans. You can tell a lot about a Mexican restaurant with this dish. Firstly, would you think cheese enchiladas, how hard could that be? The truth is for many restaurants it is too hard. But this restaurant has large cheese enchiladas with a fabulous red chili-grass. I really love them, and rice and beans to Mexican staples, the rice year was perfectly beautiful and fluffy with a pleasant taste, and the beans were really good and much added to the meal. The flour tortillas on the side, we are hot and fluffy very pleasant. To round it off, the meal was paid by a long-time friend of mine, Susan Dantzler, who had eaten for many years in this restaurant and saved it, she didn't mislead me, it was great. What could be better than good food and good friends, I'll eat here when I come to Fredericksburg."
