"Had a couple of fantastic cortado coffees here, unfortunately third time was definitely not a charm for me, when I questioned the quality of said third cup it was met with a very unsatisfactory response, as I didn’t want to make a fuss in front of the other customers, I left disposing of the undrinkable coffee in the nearest bin. I later called the manager on the phone to talk over the incident and she kindly offered me a free replacement drink. The next morning I called by for my complimentary cortado and a flat white for my daughter (which I paid for). Passive aggressive is the only way I can describe the treatment I received, both drinks ordered together, the cortado was put in front of me in a less than polite manner, I was then treated to a will we or won’t we eventually give you the flat white??? It came after a good 5 minute wait!! Again no politeness or even a sorry for the delay!! The cortado looked like weak dishwater and the flat white was cold, I guess that will teach me not to dare complain in this establishment! Needless to say I won’t be back."
