"My husband and I have enjoyed going here for the past 9 years. Unfortunately, we have now had unpleasant service the last 2 times. The seating area is divided into 3 sections. 1 has a view of fishtanks and, when the tanks are clean, we enjoy sitting near them if a table is available. We went for lunch early on a Saturday. The hostess tried to seat us in one of the areas without the tanks, and showed her annoyance when we requested 1 of the open tables near the tanks and we had to insist to sit there. The most recent visit, the wait staff tried to upsell, literally every choice we made appetizer, beverage, soup and entree. We also requested the appetizer (for me) and a bowl of soup (for my husband) be brought out at the same time. This did not happen. When she brought the check back to be signed, she stood waiting for the check/tip to completed. Then, she thought we didn 't tip enough and literally brought the signed, completed check back to the table and asked if 'that was all for tip '! My husband calmly handled the situation, I would have taken the check back, and removed the tip because of how rude she was."
