"the general manager at this place is terrible. the service is terrible, the driving time is terrible. I was told that the division director michael was treble and he only gets through when he wants to. this place must bring it together, it is not a good representation of bill byrd. mr bill has high standards and he wants its restaurants to work better than what they do. that could really be a money-worship restaurant, I think the manager is not clear, are most of the geld comes through the drive thru when they move the drive thru they increase the turnover. the employee should repeat from the phone stop rude and unrespective to the customers the orders back to the customers and make sure that the orders are correct. they are still good manager out there stop to regulate for less stop to rent just someone because they need body in the load"

"The food is great. You can say it's homemade and fresh. And the price is very reasonable. Less than $10 for a meat and three sides. And you can add a drink and dessert for just a few dollars more. You stay pretty busy. So there's something to wait. But not unreasonably long and the food is worth waiting."

"highly recommended. if they don't mind spending a bit extra for big steak cooked for perfection, this is definitiw for them. They don't just have a good steak, but they eat as a whole is so good. I recommend the filled mushrooms for their appetizer. I got the grilled garnels over reispilaf with steamed brokkoli and my mother got the filet with steamed brokkoli. it was worth every penny. I love the facility and our blessing was rita. we highly recommend it. she is super sweet and helpful. she's been checking us out a lot. the only complain I have is that the sweet tee was too sweet. it tasted like straight sugar. if she cut her tee sweet, but not too sweet as I would suggest half sweet half not sweet."

"The food was good. I had the loaded BBQ potato and it was a large portion. We ate inside (they have a large drive thru business) and there was a definitive cleanliness problem. It was bad enough that I pointed it out to the gentleman working in the dining area. He made light of something nasty on the floor by saying it 's leveling out the table . In addition, the menu didn 't have pricing listed by the meals. The BBQ potato was a deal at $6, but the same unmarked lunch menu charged me $14 for a BBQ plate for the wife: BBQ meat, 2 slices of bread, some so-so cole slaw and overly seasoned fries for $14. If the place would have been cleaner and the food prices well established, I would have rated this place at least a 4 but as it was it was lucky to get a 3."

"the first time that I tried this situation was two years ago in the beginning middle of October or ende september when on the move into the opposite. I must say that we are impressed by the good quality and quantity of food that this place serves. it reminds me of whie castle during the day, if she would always have ready to eat her. the meat is tender and it is mixed with drawn pork that seems to be a good combination. they also have coleslaw, baked beans and potato salad, which we usually order for our next orders to time. as soon as they get our meal, they give us wonder rolls to make our own sandwiches. what I can say is very interesting for us to give us broth rolls. I would like to point out, however, that if they were in a position to make a sandwich by making coleslaw the first topping then the meat and finally the bbq sauce on top, it is okay. but as soon as they have a side baked. however they can feel their taste bags a little tired or disturbed by doing this constantly, so it is best to eat the koleslaw separately instead of putting it on the roll. overall it is appetizing and this restaurant was a privilege to buy food from"

"Waitress was great for them being understaffed main problem was how long the food took and the fact that it was so low quality for us to sit there an hour for food. "I ordered from door dash, and while the experience by door dash was not good, that was on us. I really ordered late. they had no available driver for delivery, so it took about 2 hours to get our food. However, it was the best cold food I ever had. I can't imagine how good it was warm. the sweet potato fries I ordered came with a zimtsauce. it was fantastic. the pommes were like steakhouse style, which I don't like for regular potato friries, but for the sweet potato style they are definitiw my favorites. the philly steak was good, I added my own sauce which was the tangy carolina sauce. the wings were really good, I enjoyed the sauce that was used on them and the tortilla chips were great. my important other has the fried pickles and man. they have loaded this to go full container. it was a long wait for food I think it was absolutely worth it. it took a while to come here, but once I was impressed. I am not from this area, so I will not be able to eat there often, but I will definitely eat here when I come back to visit my important other family."

"I was slightly disappointed. I had heard good things about it. As I stood in there I guess something had been burnt??? It was hard to breath. I ordered a meatball sub. It was COLD. Fries were hot but the sub was cold. I’ve never eat there before so my first impression isn’t too good. I gave it 3 stars because it was food and recognizable. "Great atmosphere. Trendy location in downtown Gadsden in the former Blu Chophouse location. (Warning: Apple Maps has fooled us! Probably in her old location a few blocks away. Get the Pimento cheese balls!!! Okay. (We ate them so fast, I forgot to take a picture. Caesar Salat was the best quality. The beef brisket sandwich with Sidewinder-Fries was delicious!! I would skip the shrimp tacos if I did it again. You were just okay. (Felt as it needed more sauce or shrimp on the bottom, claw on the top, or a blow of fresh squeezed lime juice. Maybe more Zilantro? Not sure... but for me the taste fell a bit flat, and the tortillas were roasted more crispy than I did for. But still give for the other menu items we have tried, as well as ambience, location and total experience! We're back."

"So I went to Jacks to get the breakfast as I always did. Especially the employees wore Pyjamas who is not professional, and then I ask for my veteran discount, which I get there every time, and the young lady who needs a little dental work has now denied me twice my discount, told me they don't give veteran discount. So to my fellow fathers Jack's on noccalula, veterans have discounts after her. Then plus last night I order a 2 pieces chicken dinner and they give me these 2 small burned wings, half a pot of potatoes and 8 I fries men running this facility, I want to go back."

"that is an absolute gem in the industry! the staff is pleasant, helpful and in front of place. the eating was amazing! the packs are huge and tasty, the eggs cooked to perfection, and the French toast is from this world. it presents the franchises that offer similar breakfasts. 100%, plus additional credit! scones! omg, just looking at the display of the scones was mouthwater. we shot everyone for our trip to the north. everyone was another taste so we shared to get the full taste experience. they must put real love in everything they serve, because I think I am addicted now! make them a chance and try them union jack cafe for themselves. you will be amazed."
