"I arranged an overnight with dinner as a surprise for my wife’s birthday included were her parents. Lori and Lil, owners and chef, could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Lil got a golf cart to help my in laws to their room. They helped with our baggage and made sure we had everything needed for our overnight stay. The food is some of the best ever experienced. For entrees we had lamb chops, sea bass and petite fillets prepared similar to beef Wellington. As appetizers, we had escargot and friend onion soup. All were wonderfully prepared and were delicious. As part of our overnight stay, a full breakfast was provided. Fresh coffee, juice, ham and cheese omelet with fresh fruit, bacon, creamy cheese and garlic grits with toast. If ever in the Gibsonville area, outside Greensboro, and want a comfortable and romantic getaway accompanied by some of the finest food you’ll ever eat, you have to give this place a shot. I certainly give it five stars. Lori and Lil, I can’t say it enough so thank you again for the memories we will keep for a lifetime. I have edited this review so that I acknowledge the entire team supporting the Burke Manor Inn. We had two servers who were knowledgeable, professional and did a great service for us. Oh by the way, there restaurant rating was 100."
