"My family has been very excited to have a new restaurant to visit in Granville. That said, we likely won’t be back for a little while. The food we had was genuinely good, and the drinks on “top” and “bottom” were creative and fresh. We had Udon noodle soup and four sushi rolls. The problems we encountered were solely related to service. We had to ask several times for napkins, refills, silverware, drinks, menus, the check, and, seeing as the food had taken more than an hour to arrive, the status of the food. This is not to say that all staff at the business were bad. There was clearly service staff and management that cared about our experience. This is why my rating isn’t worse. We will be back and hopefully this feedback provides useful information that can be acted upon."
