"I ordered 2 1/2 dozen cookie, a small smash cake, and 35 cupcakes for my daughters 1st birthday and my parents vow renewals. I’m from out of town and we set up a pickup time. When I got there nothing was even close to being done. I was happy to be offered delivery next day, which is when we needed them. The smash cake was cute, the cookies looked very unfinished and weren’t the flavor I asked for and hard to eat. The cupcakes were in my opinion the only real good thing from this order. The lady that delivered the cookies wasn’t very nice and acted like I was putting her out. Imagine my surprise when I see cookies similar to what I asked for on their Fb page that are fully covered in icing and a similar cake that was much nicer. Kind of feel like my order was either an after thought or forgotten about. Very disappointed over all. I know my daughter won’t remember it I will. I went with this bakery based on the pictures I saw on their fb and feel duped. Communication wasn’t too great either. Don’t waste your money. As you can see in the pics, the cookies obviously weren’t finished and the flamingo on the cake was an afterthought or also not finished. The more I see what she could have done, the more angry I get."
