"I want to say this place I used to work is interesting. The man that owns it does not have no respect for all the female workers that work there. He looks down on everybody that works for him he screams at his employees in front of customers with no regards. He has a bunch of Great Staff females and guys that take his BS for many years. Half of the female staff there are barely 23 years of age And me a longer working there I want to speak the truth about him. I personally will recommend anybody if they want to work there to do your research before you apply. I was a good worker and he let me go because I didn 't want to let go of my first job for that job and work more hours for him than my first job. And also me being totally honest when I worked there last I felt so paranoid like I was living back on the streets of New York City but I still Fought through it to work and to get the job done efficiently and he still let me go. All his staff that work for him work their butt off and I think they are all really awesome and I feel extremely bad for them. And the most crazy part is that two days ago when I was working. He pulled me aside and told me I really like your work ethics and I want you to work for me more. . But now he let me go two days later for no apparent reason but it 's OK just do your research. I want to say what you should look out for if you apply to work there for him. He is big on Micro managing everything. He is also big on Not letting you finish your sentence to make you feel like you 've done something wrong. And also not care what you have to say because what he say is right over everybody else. He also have a temper and yes restaurant Work is not easy. But at the same time you should not scream at your staff in front of customers and belittle them in front of customers. And also I feel like he has very bad memory. Because multiple times when I was in front of him he told certain waiters to do certain things. And they were doing those things. And then later on he was like why did you do that. . I just personally think him as a person just be very careful working for him because I noticed everybody that works for him started at a young age when they were developing as a young person."
