"Ordered hibachi shrimp dinner. The shrimp was tough, the rice was dried out, the miso soup had a funny after taste. The spring roll was dried out and chewy, Schwan?s has better ones, can get tastier California rolls at Kroger. The dining area is dirty and needs a good scrubbing. Don?t want to think about what the kitchen might look like. The salt and pepper shakers were dirty and sticky and the tops were rusty. I won?t go again."

"I enjoy the grilled hamburgers. The burgers are thick and juicy. You remember Burger King. They also offer other different hot sandwiches, such as ham, roast beef and chicken. The restaurant dining area is clean and plentiful. The remaining rooms were also clean. Service was fast and pleasant. The food was taken to my table when it was ready. For additional comfort there is also a drive thru. The parking lot is large with many regular and disabled places. I'm definitely back."

"Nice atmosphere and great food. Desserts ate amazing so be sure to leave room for. Husband got the breaded pork tenderloin sandwich. Tenderloin was pounded fairly then but was good. I had the chicken and vegetables pasta. It was good and very light not heavy. Good use some more seasoning but still good. For dessert we had the strawberry pizza pie. It is amazing and not something you want to mias. Service: Dine in"

"The service on a Monday night was atrocious.We were there around 7pm and went inside to get a table but the hostess was so preoccupied with adding up other bills she didn't have the common courtesy to acknowledge us. Step 2 was asking the waitress on duty we would like a table outside. She said there was waters on her tray take a couple and I will get to you. We said take your time. After an hour serving other customers who came after us and not acknowledging us we decided to leave. We ended up getting dessert at the local Kroger. We will never choose this place again as there are restaurants nearby with better service."

"We had ribs, burned ends, brisket sides and the whole food was so good! We had no problems, but I heard other tables around us order food and said that they were from certain things (it was around 6:30 P.M. so I will definitely go back a little earlier to make sure we get what we want!"

"Went for breakfast. I ordered dippy eggs if you know what that is you’ll know what I’m talking about), white toast, and enough home fries to fill a coffee mug I like their HF but don’t need a wash tub full of them). The eggs came over hard big wrong), toast was cold and without butter. The butter she gave me was ice cold nothing like trying to spread cold butter on cold toast. Yuck). A bit later she walked by my table and asked if everything was ok. I had potatoes in my mouth so I nodded no. She didn’t even stop to find out what was wrong. She went to another table behind me to get their order. She never did stop again. I told her at the register I will not come in again during the week and just come in Saturday because the guy who works on Saturday knows what a dippy egg is and how to make it. She said they are closed on Saturday's. UGH! I’ll call today Saturday) to verify. How can a little cafe go from best breakfast in town to worst breakfast in town within 2 weeks? This was that cafe."

"So, my review comes with a caveat. We were trying to get in a bite to eat and a drink before going to a basketball game at DePauw, and we got lucky. Apparently Wasser has been closed since August. They are doing small pop-ups at different times during the week. (I think Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings). We showed up at 11:30am on a Saturday and they were only open 9-12 that morning. There was one choice on the menu and actually I really liked that! French toast, bacon, hashbrowns, and fruit with unlimited coffee for $12. What a deal! All the food was delicious! They only had the brown ale on draft from Wasser and they had some beers from St. Louis and Fountain Square on draft as well. They had all the brunch drinks, and they are a whiskey bar, so the cocktail menu looked great. We tried the fall cocktail, the **** mary, and a mimosa. I really liked the fall cocktail. It was not what I expected, but still delicious. As for opening back up full time, we were told that March 1 they are hoping for a grand reopening."
