"Cool Daddy-O!. Smitty 's Better Burger was really cool. When you first pull up you kind of think; 'man did I just jump back to the 1950 's? ' It 's got that nostalgic feel to it. Thanks to E 's review below I had an idea of the ordering routine. I backed into my spot and turned my headlights on. Sure enough a Car Hop Server came right over, very friendly and really efficient. She took my order: A Smitty 's Super Burger, a French Fry (Crinkle Cut), they have the option of Waffle Fries too. I also ordered a Diet Coke. My food was delivered to my car in about 5 minutes. I paid $8.19 for lunch plus a little tip for my Car Hop. It was well worth it. My Burger was hot, juicy, and packed full of flavor. If these patties are frozen you can 't tell. They were seasoned and cooked on a flat top expertly. The Bun was soft and held up very well to all the juice, and condiments. The toppings were all cut fresh and were crispy. Great pickles I must say! The fries were piping hot and salted, they tasted great, frozen or not, Crinkle Cuts fried right are hard to beat. My Diet Coke was icy and had perfect syrup to soda mix. I posted pics above. When I was done I turned my lights on and my Car Hop came right over and took my tray and thanked me for coming. What a great experience. If you in Hampton and you get a chance pop over to Smitty 's Better Burger, it 's just a good time with good food! Thanks Smitty 's after 50 years in business you guy 's still got it!"

"Yep, this is it! First, the customer service was great. Family ran business. I believe it was Mama Juicy, who ran the register very nicely and welcoming, I felt like I had been there before, even though this was my first visit. Alright, let's get to it, them ribs. Everything about them marvelous. They fell clean off the bone with each bit, but the texture was still there and on point. And the sauce no words. Her son said I would be back, and yes, I will for sure. The green beans were perfectly prepared, and paired with the ribs, the greens were good as well. Check them out. You will not be disappointed. I promise"

"Went here and immediately was greeted by the owner bartender and server we were told about the specials which were really good deals they had a pound of shrimp for 10 dollars and were very good sized shrimp. We were checked on by multiple employees while dining everyone was super nice our server was amazing! My brother ordered a club sandwich with fries and it was huge! I highly recommend this place has a really cozy local community vibe everyone in there seemed like old friends really happy I found this place and look forward to visiting Everytime I'm in town visiting family!"

"We had an end of the season party with 35 ppl. The service to handle that many people was amazing. The servers were patient and attentive. The manager on duty jumped in to accomadate all of the team needs. This is usually our go to spot and we will return again for sure!!! Thank you all for a great time while our team made memories"

As a long-time customer of Sushi Kings since its opening, it is disheartening to witness the deterioration of these essential aspects.During my recent visit, I encountered several issues that have prompted me to reach out. Firstly, upon arrival, I observed the hostess engrossed in a phone conversation while two other groups were waiting ahead of me. Furthermore, when we were finally seated, both the booth and table were noticeably dirty. Despite requesting to be moved to a clean table, we were informed that it was too busy to accommodate our request, even though we noticed available tables in the vicinity.Subsequently, we proceeded to place our order, which included rolls and appetizers. Unfortunately, after waiting for 30 minutes and having already placed our second order, our appetizers were still not served. When I requested to speak to the manager, I received little acknowledgement following a confused manger after repeatedly showing and telling him our concerns and dislikes of the issue and a lack of reasonable response or discount to rectify the situation.To add to our disappointment, as we were preparing to leave and had already settled the bill, the manager approached us and mentioned that the owner would like to offer us a complimentary meal. While I appreciate the gesture, it would have been more meaningful to address the underlying concerns during our visit rather than as an afterthought.As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed dining at Sushi Kings. However, the recent decline in various aspects has left me concerned and disappointed. I believe it is crucial for you to address these issues promptly to maintain the reputation and satisfaction of your valued customers.I kindly request that you investigate these matters thoroughly, provide appropriate training to staff, and implement necessary improvements to restore the quality and consistency that Sushi Kings once exemplified. "If I could give this place a 0 I would. We were seated and warned about short staffing which I totally understand. We waited a while but received our food, well some. My mom received her chicken which was ice cold. My cousin waited a while for his but eventually got it. My husband never received his food. We kept asking and we were pretty much snapped at (not by our waiter) that “it was coming”. We all finished eating and my husband still never received his food. I spoke to the manager to see if it could be to go and be comped. I also asked him if it would be fair for another meal to be comped for all our troubles and he said yes. Got our bill and everything was messed up. Had to remind about meals being comped. Manager said he misunderstood about the 2nd meal being comped and offered to cover half. I wanted to get out of the places so I said heck with it and that’s what was done. My aunt paid for an extra asparagus side that she didn’t order and I paid for an extra kids meal I didn’t order, but we all wanted to leave so bad we just said heck with it and paid it anyways. Very very dissatisfied."

"First time going went with a large group of 12 we showed up and got put on the list it was about a 15 min which honestly was not that bad. Once seated menus, silver wear and coffee cups were already at the table (that's a plus). The Decor was great simple yet enough to keep you looking around. Server was great and attentive he joked around with us but not to the point where it was annoying. I got the lemon ricotta pancakes and the Million Dollar Bacon (we'll get to that shortly). The pancakes themselves were good the lemon curd was good not to tart, Now this Million dollar bacon as it was good the name might need some revisiting. I was expecting a baked on candy type coating with some spicy to help my life, it honestly tasted like some extra pepper bacon that got to close to my Aunt Jemima syrup. The bacon could use some work or just a bit more attention cause I want the Pork on my fork but the way It was I could have just gone to Dunkin and got me some snackin Bacon. Overall great place to come and eat would definitely visit again and try more of their menu."

"I understand that covid made it so that many places are short occupied, let me say that first. Unfortunately, this location of my opinion did not have a manager who knew how to make it. the young lady who worked the To-go area was asked to take our order and act as our waitress while still having to answer and assemble the To-go orders. it took an hour for our table to get our food. we saw others coming and sitting and then getting their meal in a somewhat reasonable amount of time. the to-go waitress did her best in view of the lack of management support on a Sunday afternoon afternoon. she asked the manager to come to our table. he had no idea what was going on and just said they would call someone. After quietly informed what was beaten, he told us that it was on him for lunch."

"We did not go for the brunch which was just ending. We went in the earthly afternoon for a bit of pizza. We were not disappointed, the pizza was perfect! We ordered the White cauliflower and the Marguerita. They were excellent. My 21 yr old was impressed that's tough. Prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was terrific. This was our first visit, and we have it noted to revisit!"

"Would give ZERO STARS if I could!!!! As we walked in the the server acted as if we were an inconvenience. The server wrote our order down and still messed the whole thing up. I ordered a fajita chicken omelette that was supposed to have salsa and sour cream on the side. The omelette had a few pieces of chicken and very little peppers inside and nothing but cheese on top. Very underwhelming. We had to ask for the sides that came with our meals. When asked she proceeded to tell us they were out. We waited 15 min for avocado that was supposed to be apart of the omelette. The service was just horrific, also the Bathrooms were disgusting. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!"

"I stopped by for a biscuit this morning; even though the hours were posted stating that the dining room was open, the doors were locked. When I went through the drive through, I told them what had happened to me and several other customers. I suggested they put a sign on the door to prevent customers from yanking on them, and I was told they can yank for all I care. I politely asked why Bojangles felt the need to be so unfriendly to customers; however, the drive through window was slammed shut before I could finish my sentence. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future, and I suggest others do the same. As demonstrated by their attitudes, some of the staff at this location do not need the store to remain open to provide them with an income."

"The lasagna is always meaty and delicious. We tried something different this time. If you like pasta and seafood, their VODKA SUNRISE will be the best dish ever. My spouse ordered it. I tasted it and wanted my own. My spouse got shrimp scallops. Plenty of shrimp whole sea scallops . But the sauce was so good, we were wiping it up w/ the homemade bread they give you. The side salad has cherry tomatoes, olives, meat and cheese in it. I was hungry and got a side of meatballs (2 big meatballs for $3). It will be your best Italian experience."

"I love message but my experience today and my experience last week led me to do this review. Last week I went in and the lamb meatballs were red inside so I asked to be giving shredded lamb instead. I was told when I got to the register that because I got shredded lamb I was charged more money equating to $16 a bowl. I paid for the meal and left the tip when she played it to about $23. They 're ordering the yummy baklava. I I was waiting on by the Afr-Am guy with the dreadlocks he was very nice however I felt it was unfair to be charged more money being that their meat was not thoroughly cooked as it usually is but I paid it anyway and left. Fast forward to today I go in order the lamb meatballs which were fully cooked through I asked for extra lamb to which the gentleman with the dreadlocks told me I would be paying $5 for it. I thought that was too steep so I asked him the cost of chicken kebab and he told me it was $3 for extra. I asked him to confirm the price of the bowls for any of the meat that I wanted you told me it was all the same price whether it was shredded meat lamb kabob or chicken. I found that very odd thing that last week he just told me they charged me extra for shredded lamb. . Got to the register was rung up for $4 for extra meat to what he says oh I guess it 's $4 and not $3 . I said okay and proceeded to pay but when asking for extra bread he began to ring me up for$1. I told him wait you gave me the wrong price on the meat and now you 're going to charge me for bread shouldn 't we just break even?. He apparently did not agree because he said if you want extra bread it 'll be $1 so I told him nevermind. I need for this place to get on ball with their pricing everyone on the line should know the pricing in and out and it should be visually posted as well. It 's bad enough that I 'm paying over $16 for a bowl of vegetables and meat plus the cost of the baklava.. I don 't feel like a value customer haggling over $1 to the error of the merchant. I won 't"

"Our family loves Logans. I think my FIL eats at least three times a week. And every time we all go together, we always get here. The burgers are great and it's just the only place I know where to get a real medium Cooked Burger. The servers are friendly. The prices are fair. And the food is comforting."
