I asked both batista's what was the most common cold drink on such a hot day and they both took the time to tell me and explain the drinks I was not familiar with. "I first came to the Diamond Steak House to celebrate my birthday I was the only African American there that made me kind of nervous, but to my surprise the servers and greetings were very nice and pleasant and very welcoming the food was absolutely wonderful, the music and atmosphere was absolutely wonderful I would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant to all I know I was very happy with the experience. Definitely a 5-star restaurant."

"Don't laugh, but it was my first time eating in a Chick-fil-A. The manager was nice enough to not laugh at me. Lol! It was so clean in the restaurant and everyone was friendly. I'm not used to having my food brought to my table at a fast food restaurant. And of course the food was yummy! Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! Next time I'm in Howell, I will be back!"

"wait to sit, an excessive amount (even if they are individual customers there) workers do not disturb to let admin know each time when I have to tell them to call someone (install door crew, if no one knows before them someone came). quality of food compared to other ihops in the opposite great, except sometimes they bring false objects. No one is rude, but children who sleep in need, they seem to me to appear somewhere in the room while they take their order. they all go in the back rooms giggle there and they have no option, but wait until someone come in the main hall of the restaurant for long time. it looks like good people work there, but they need training"

"We had a birthday party with Christine today and it was fabulous! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed every dish from appetizers to desserts. I especially enjoyed my special entrée of Seafood Raviolis in a Pesto Pistachio sauce that was from this world. Kudos to the cook. The entire staff was at the top of everything and Shannon was exceptional, although the restaurant was very busy that she did not miss a beat. We can't wait to come back."

"First , while taking my order I was being rushed. However he didn't ask what we wanted to drink or what sauce we wanted with our nuggets. Once we get your food, it got better. Our two meals were put into a big bag. In this bag, we had a biscuit barely wrapped with paper, just thrown in. The fries were located in the bottom of a paper bag, our sides were UPSIDE-DOWN. We decided to check the meals at this point. Now one meal we got were chicken nuggets, however 3 of them 11) were the size of a quarter. They were less than 1/3 the size of the others. If you are selling by the piece of chicken, shouldn't that chicken be good. Not the side pieces that were left in the basket to long and you just wanted to get rid of them. I paid around 90 cents per nugget.......why am I getting pieces that aren't nuggets?????????"

"online order for person collection. the command went well. no problem, paid online. all the lights on and all the doors are locked. signs: xmas are up to 19 clock, it is only 6:10. I was counted for the command that they are better open than I freeze. I run around to build another door, it is also locked. check sign again yep 7pm nothing else on sign. I see workers inside. knock. ignored back to other türbang again hard kid finally comes to the door. I say what signs are, says 7pmhe that ya.i say it's only 6:15 he says yes. I say everyone's doors are closed. he says I'll let you in, no one else in the load is completely empty. do not even order them ready, had to wait while the entire order was prepared. never timer"

"I have the rib-eye sandwich with lobster/shrimp-chowder as my side. The meat was a piece of steak, not cut steak, which was properly cooked to order. Cheese, onions and sauce improved the sandwich and the roll was very good. We got a basket with a warm bread that was also good. My lunch ordered the Cheeseburger. It was properly cooked to order and was juicy and delicious. Her side was a baked sweet potato with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. tender center, easy to get a fork from the skin, and delicious. Service was a little slow, but I expected the world in a Covid. We were not in a hurry and enjoyed our cozy lunch."

"eating is meh, but the thing I most despise about this place is their random closing times. I hunted chipotle today and decided at 19:30. I came to find out they were closed at 6 when their normal closing time was 10. I don't even know how they earn money at this point. I understand they could have problems, but that was constant. they open late and close very early."

"Wish I could give no stars. I often order lunch or dinner from this place, but today seems little different. I asked for 3 curry chicken lunch specials. I got one piece of half a chicken leg in each one of the meals one plantain I have a scoop of rice and a scoop and a half of cabbage that was totally different from the regular cabbage the rice was dry. When I spoke to supervisor about it he informed me that they did not have any lunch containers left so I had to go into a big container unfortunately that is a lie because this is a small container. I nor my co-workers will ever go there or order there anymore. I try to support other people business but I will not give my money to this place ever again."

"My husband and I recently went with our two kiddos. Loved the colored pencils and paper covering the table to keep the kids distracted. Beer was amazing but extremely disappointed in the food. We only went there because I saw they offer a full menu and wanted to try it. However… It is way overpriced for what you get. It wasn’t bad food and service was good but would not recommend eating here just drinks. I got the gardener sandwich and it was $17 for a veggie sandwich on normal wheat bread with a handful of chips. And the kids food was one tiny slider nothing on it with pickle chips for $7. I can get more food at any other local restaurant for that price. My husband ordered the wings and it was $17 for maybe 8 wings… I will be back but only for the beer. I would reconsider your menu prices for what you’re offering to your customers."

They quickly and with a smile corrected the mistake. They also started making new items for the other person instead of just handing over what I had brought back.
