"Decent food. Process are up it's insane. Sometimes it's great for just the appetizers. On holidays might need a reservation so your not waiting in a line that goes out the door. Service is pretty good depending on who you get Somr are a lot more attentive. Others you need to flag down cause you need something you asked for and they didn't bring. Or refills on drink. You should be able to get another before your current one is finished. Sometimes they are good with that others are terrible. But a decent place to go but more of the same and they Don't have a ton of options especially if you're a picky eater like myself. It's worth a try. You can do takeout also."

"Went with a friend (both women) and had a great time, can 't say a single critical thing. The food is affordable (we were going full vegetarian with lots of options, but I think the meat dishes were also reasonable), incredibly fresh, lots of it, and hits the right home-cooking dining-out balance. Saray has a nice but not too nice ambiance, with lots of charming, sort of Eastern-Europe-esque decorative elements (like the wall of fake flowers which I loved, couldn 't take my eyes off it). Clean and welcoming. The place was packed with diners early Thursday evening: dates, families, lots of different ethnicities and levels of going out , plus lots of takeout orders. We were treated kindly and attentively by the waitstaff who we warmed to quickly. Really sweet people, great food, easy-going place and plan to go back soon! Super highlight: highly recommend the Kazandibi milk custard dessert, never had anything like it before and I can 't stop thinking about the flavor."

"Just had the lunch shrimp with lobster sauce. Large shrimps so not too many bites. I got white rice instead of the fried rice and the lunch was tasty. The lunch specials have gone up a couple of bucks to cover the cost of to go containers. I previously ordered the beef and mushrooms hoping for large Chinese black mushrooms but no luck, just the white button mushrooms. The egg rolls are large but a little bland. You can actually dine there as there are 2 tables but they seem to prefer to-go, pickup, or delivery using Door Dash or other delivery services."

"When I tell you this food is SOOOO flavorful and cooked to perfection. Hands down the best Jamaican you can get around here. I have had the jerk chicken, stew chicken, and curry chicken- all phenomenal. The curry and jerk chicken have a kick but nothing overwhelming and nothing that isn’t worth the flavor!! The jerk sauce is bomb too. Now let’s get into the cabbage. I am by no means a cabbage lover, normally I avoid cabbage in all ways that it is prepared. But their side of cooked cabbage is devine!! I order it for my side every time and am disappointed if they run out (only happened once). The restaurant itself is more of a grab and go vibe so I wouldn’t necessarily go and sit down for a meal. Employees have always been pleasant. Yaad is a family favorite and we will continue to go back. Prices reasonable, portions big!!"

"Love the place. I work remotely so I go there often for good coffee and delicious, tasty, authentic food. It has a very positive vibe to work there with a laptop and has everything to offer. Usually meet with very interesting people there so it is a greatplace for networking as well. You can tell coffee beans are selected carefully because it is very tasty and has lots of flavor.Food is authentic with Mediterranean touch. I enjoy every bite of all of their menu items. "Super cute place!We will be back for sure. Tried Thai tea for the first time and it was delicious. My husband had the crab fried rice and loved it. I wasn't feeling to good so just had the chicken and rice soup which was good just way too much garlic in my opinion. The grab ragoons only have cream cheese in them which is the way I like them and we had 2 orders cause they were so good!Highly recommend"

"I have a dairy allergy and struggle to find safe and delicious places to eat. I previously had tried and loved Sweet Emotion (again quote on quote) ice cream place downtown Springfield and this place popped up right around the corner, I was so excited!! Then I was even more excited to see that it was The Brunch Box AND Sweet Emotion. The food was absolutely delicious! They were even able to make sure my husband was able to eat with his recent low sodium diet restrictions. The staff was so accommodating and able to answer every question we had and was so nice regardless of how many times we bothered them! The atmosphere was such a vibe!! I can 't wait to go back!! "The girl at the counter charged me a different price $2.26 more) from the price on the menu. When I asked why, she told me that the price is more than on the menu because they are waiting on an updated menu. I should have said never mind at that point, but I didn't and I regret it. Those were the worse wings i ever had. They were fried so dry and tasted terrible and was a total waste of my money. Never again."

"I was st Del Ray for the first time. it was later in the evening and there was nowhere to eat but they had food. The keroke was wonderful and the bartender was exceptionally accommodating. I have to give a big shout out to the gentleman behind the bar. I didn't get his name, wish I had. I'm a vegetarian and it was late and I was tired and I couldn't find anything on the menu that worked for me so I asked him if he could just whip me up some Spanish rice with tons of vegetables on it and black beans. You know what? He brought out a beautiful, beautiful, huge plate that was so delicious. not overly spicy not overly salty just done right and I'm very picky, ask my friends and I tell you I enjoyed that so much. "I got the kitchen sink pizza. Probably the worst gourmet pizza I've ever had. It was really lacking in flavor. (First the tomato was too much, so I took them off. Then there was little flavor after that. Usually meat has a succulent taste to it. The meat on my pizza was not like that. For future reference, I'd much rather go to Garbo's or Pizza House. Of note Pappo's has a lot of different pizzas to offer. Perhaps there is something there that I would thoroughly enjoy. I went with the kitchen sink pizza, because historically I'm fond of supreme pizzas."

"Our server was excellent. She greeted us within a few minutes of sitting down, checked in at appropriate times, offered suggestions, cleared away empty bowls quickly and was overall the best part of the experience. The food was good. Chopped salad was plentiful and fresh and crunchy. Short rib was nicely cooked and abundant. The meal was nicely timed. The brown butter mixture was flavorful and perfect on the bread. It was a very nice touch to see they went the extra mile to make it rather than just serve up everyday butter. The dining room filled up and became very noisy. I could hear the people beside me better than the person across from me because they were talking so loud in order to be heard."

"I love this place! Most people take their food to go. Parking is on a very busy, public main street. When you walk in you would probably want to walk right out. The dining area is small and could use a serious upgrade. Floors and chairs are usually dirty. The chairs and the only two tables in the dining area are small. Wallpaper is worn down and the window front looks like it has not been cleaned in years. However, this is one of those places where looks can be deceiving. Unfortunately, they had a hard time keeping drivers so they don't deliver anymore. They have great prices for the food portions. Probably one of the best prices around. Their food is very good. They're rice is okay. It's the typical yellow, fried rice most Chinese restaurants in our area serve, with very little vegetables in the rice and no eggs. They have a more extensive appetizer menu than most. I love that they have some Spanish appetizers, such as boquitas and fried sweet plantains. My favorite items to get here are there bourbon chicken, chicken wings, soups, fried scallops, spare ribs, chicken fingers, beef teriyaki, any of their broccoli dishes, and egg rolls. I usually ask for extra bourbon sauce on the bourbon chicken so that it's not too dry. It's flavorful and grilled perfectly. They make their own egg rolls. I like to get them in large quantities to snack on for a couple days. Most egg rolls in the area are frozen, store bought, and are filled mostly with cabbage. Theirs are filled with cabbage and lots of minced BBQ spare ribs meat. I also like their fried sugar donuts. They remind me of minnie fried dough bites, except they're softer. Their fried apple sticks are good when they're crispy and covered in cinnamon sugar. I ordered them once and it was chewy and soft and did not have any cinnamon sugar on them. It had a very doughy flavor. Most of their lunch and dinner combinations are good. Overall, I recommend. My rating is based on the quality of food and not their dining area or location."

"This is the Western Mass restaurant I’ve been looking for since I moved out here a year ago! There were so many options to choose from. I went with the steakout sandwich and the I shot the sheriff and we were so pleased. Nearly passed out with the sweet potato cheesecake.
