"Believe the hype!!! My Husband I drove an hour to try this place we kept seeing on our FB feeds were huge seafood fans. It was worth every mile cent! My Husband I shared a Connecticut Lobster Roll Steamed Shrimp. The shrimp were perfect, fresh flavorful. The lobster roll was absolutely insane, fresh huge (all of the seafood here was fresh and Delicious honestly). I’d only had cold lobster rolls prior to this experience and I won’t be going back. The warm butter really brought it home. We even liked the lil hush puppies that were included I don’t like hush puppies anywhere. For our entrees we both got the Lobster, Shrimp Crab Linguine. It was hands down the best seafood pasta dish either of us have eaten. It’s is the first seafood pasta dish where there was more seafood than pasta! Absolutely unheard of! Although, we took most of it home and it was even better the next day. My husband also got the Strawberry Crunch Cake for dessert said it was SINFULLY good. I tried a few bites and I had to back away or I would of attacked! Overall, this place is incredible you get exactly what you pay for some. The prices seem steep until you realize the quality of seafood you’re getting. And that it’s self is amazing considering how fresh everything is we’re not near any bay. The only semi eh thing I can say is the restaurant it’s self is small but I’m sure they also speaks to the quality of the food. They’re not servicing a ton of ppl to the point they have to sacrifice quality. We plan on coming back here in 2 weeks for our anniversary I’m totally getting my own piece of cake."

"Let me start my review with this: The bar/restaurant is definitely a hole in the wall kind of place. It's been here as long as I've lived in the area, and I've driven by it countless times (parking lot is always buzzing), but didn't decide to stop by until quarantine 2020 hit. We're not big drinkers in my family, so we don't find ourselves wanting to sit in a smoky bar to eat a meal. We enjoy takeout, so it made sense to try the food when we did. I'm a HUGE fan of beer battered fish, and got word of them having this every Friday (even outside of Lent, which is hard to come by) I'm in! For $13 I got a ginormous beer battered piece of fish on a soft roll, slaw, and fries. It was a soft fluffy batter, which normally wouldn't be my first choice (I'm all about that crispy beer batter), but it was delicious! I've ordered it a few times and it's been consistently fresh and yummy each time. My husband has ordered a few different sandwiches, and has been pleased with everything. Nothing has been knock your socks off amazing, but they have solid food at great prices. I love that you can pull around the back of the building to pick up your food, separate from the bar entrance. Nothing is more awkward than hanging around a bar alone, screaming across a noisy counter, waiting for some poor bartender to stop serving drinks to check on your food order. You can avoid all that here! They take cash and credit, and get fairly busy early on the weekend. If we want to eat by 5:30, we usually order at least an hour in advance. Final note: Owned by a local family. I love supporting anything that isn't a chain, so I'll keep coming back. Even when things started getting rough this spring for small businesses (and bars in general), I've seen nothing but upbeat, positive posts from the owners on Facebook."
