"In 1982, Kamp Lintfort's operating family settled in downtown Kamp Lintfort and built a customer circle over the years. In 2004, the move to the current premises of the 'Villa van Elsbergen' took place on Friedrichstraße 2. Over two floors there is enough space for lunch visitors, evening guests and for events of any kind such as business parties or birthday parties. In good weather you can also sit outside. Ambiente The “old” house radiates a certain charm. But there are also many different steps to overcome for entering. Behind the entrance door is a small room with armchairs and tables. It goes down to the toilets and further up to the “Speisesaal” on the ground floor with two subspaces: once to the counter and once to the street side. Everything is somewhat old-fashioned but harmonious. Cleanliness Everything works well maintained. Sanitation As already mentioned in the basement – so stair climbing is inevitable. Here, too, everything is properly directed – maybe something too old-fashioned. Service The two ladies are probably always here, because they reported about the old place where we were already 2000 guests. They are friendly and empathic and can provide information to all courts. The map(s) In the extensive map are many classics of Italian cuisine. Pizze are also available in several versions. I lacked a trace of seasonal offers – but there were also tableboards and table cages clues on mushroom dishes (so something about the season. But the long list of steaks appeared to me little varied. The tasting food bread and two spreads There were white bread slices and small pizza rolls. They were warm and fresh. The two spreads were butter and a bright cream. Antipasto (various Italian cold appetizers 12,50 € This plate as a large version included Vitello Tonnato, Caprese, grilled brown mushrooms, inserted artichokes hearts, grilled eggplants and zucchini slices, Carpaccio and a Gambero. This tasted all neatly, but showed me little own handwriting: The vegetables were slightly seasoned and slightly fried, on Vitello there was nothing to complain, but the tuna sauce was only mildly tasted and had too much oil flavor for me. The fillet was also tasty, but the parmesan was little intense in taste. The tomatoes with basil and mozzarella were still most successful. The small cancer had been properly cooked in the shell. Involtini Chefs Art (Kalbsröllchen by type of house €20.50 I had expected the rolls smaller. For me it was real big roubs. But some more meat has never disturbed me. The two reels were filled with spinach, cheese and ham. That was really nice. For me, it was surprising that a sort of Bolognese had also been tipped over the fried meat. I would've guessed this sauce to Pasta. She was also something too creamy to me ( cream? . In contrast, the roast potatoes were relatively crispy and well tasted. The carrots also had bites, which I appreciate. Optically, a purple cauliflower should put a color accent. In an extra dish there was a fresh supplement of tomatoes, carrot strips and leaf salads. Here the Vinaigrette was a bit boring. A very large portion. There is hardly any room for a dessert or other small things I appreciate in the original Italian cuisine. Salmone alla Griglia (Lachsfilet grilled €21.00 With this plate all components were the same: so lettuce and vegetables as well as roast potatoes. The salmon was really nature and not provided with sauces. He was fried from both sides – without skin. As a result, even a little bit rough and still quite juicy in the inside, even though the lamellae were already easily connected (something too much heat probably, because there were no traces of protein on the edge to day. Cannelloni Ripieni (filled noodles with ham, spinach and cheese 7.00 € The tubes were filled as in the map. They were pretty chewed. The meat sauce was not taken from the Bolognese pot, but rather kept a bit more subtle. The portion was also quite large. No other supplements were served here, which was also completely fine. Tortellini Gambero d’Oro (with champignons, ham and meat sauce 7.00 € The dough tubs were filled with various ingredients as indicated in the map. They still didn't seem like homemade (but I can also be mistaken. The actual taste could hardly be seen, because the sauce had not been saved. She would have served for a further portion of pasta after eating the little cakes. It was also the Bolognese that had served as a sauce at the Involtini. This sauce seems to be used on many plates. Beverages Acqua Panna (Italian Naturell water 0.75 l 6,00 Conclusion 3 – if it results. Basically solid food – but something irritable for me. But it is open on Mondays and Mondays. On the invoice some prices were slightly lower than in the map (mid-day table? . (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – happy again, 5 – absolutely again – after “Kuechenreise” Date of visit: 03.12.2018 – midday – 4 people My enjoyable experiences are also included [here link]"
