"The selection of desserts and snacks is abundant, but the main issue with this establishment is the staff. There seems to be a lack of communication among the crew members and a failure to satisfy customers. One would expect a shop specializing in delicious treats and unique snacks to be vibrant, lively, and memorable. While the desserts are impressive and the building and location are noteworthy, the staff lacks unity and a fundamental understanding of good customer service. The success of a business does not solely rely on its products, but also on the performance of its staff. During my first visit, the staff appeared disinterested and unprofessional. I would rate this establishment a 3 out of 5 due to the variety of treats and snacks available. Perhaps the entire crew would benefit from training in customer service and hospitality to improve their lackluster performance."
