"Although our group was welcomed by management prior to our visit, the accommodations provided to us were subpar. The restaurant appeared disorganized on one of the busiest nights of the season, with tired and hungry parade participants having to wait over an hour to be served. It is understandable that many restaurants are struggling to hire wait staff, but our server took 20 minutes just to bring us a glass of water, even though the dispenser was right behind us. The server seemed more focused on menial tasks instead of delivering food, causing our orders to be delayed. My simple order of steamed mussels was eventually replaced by Brussels sprouts after a 40-minute wait, despite my specific request for the less spicy version of mussels. My husband also received the wrong side with his ribs. When my mussels finally arrived, they were swimming in a very salty broth and took an additional 30 minutes to reach our table. While the prices were reasonable and the food was tasty, I may think twice about dining here again on busy nights in the future."
