"I saw Zoes Kitchen in some areas around the city, but I never had the opportunity to stop. At least I knew that a new location came up a few months ago at the Town Center Crossing. My wife and I visited the area and were delighted to see an option for the Mediterranean during one of our shopping tours. My partner in the crime ordered the Greek chicken parody with one side of Pasta Salat. Pita makes or breaks a Mediterranean restaurant for us. Zoe's offer is elastic and chewing, but soft and damp. In other works, Darn near perfect. The chicken was slightly seasoned and the vegetables were fresh. The bottles of Greek dressing are ready to add an additional stamp if desired. The pasta salad was a little dry and had no remarkable taste. A splash of the above-mentioned dressing took it a little. I went for the Salattrio bowl. This was different from any offer I had in other places with similar menus. It provides a heaping aid of Pesto Farro, cauliflower rice and quinoa salad. On the page are some extra toppings like tzatziki and a healthy dose of broken feta. I have baked falafel, one of the options available for the bowls. A baked falafel sounds like a cardinal sin in my book. Can you call it falafel if it's not fried deep? A bite verified my assumption. It has a decent spices and taste, but desert is dry. I have some of the Greek dressing on to help make it enjoyable. The rest of the bowl more than for the shortage falafel . Each of the three salads brings a unique element to the complete dish. In no single bite during our lunch I got the same exact taste twice. The Farro is perfectly cooked, with a light tooth to the grain. Your Quinoa is well prepared. Quinoa is a favorite of me, and I find it easy to fill. Zoes has it right and adds only enough aromatics to let the quinoa sing. I've never had cauliflower as a salad. Also here Zoes impresses. This salad has a mild tango that serves as a basis for the other content of the bowl. The Salattrio is a super dish. I look forward to trying it again with another protein in the future. The restaurant itself is brightly decorated and has helpful and friendly staff. They were quick to answer the questions we had for the first time visitors. Everything is clean and the music is not too loud. They also have an outdoor seating area. I predict that I will see a lot more of this restaurant in the future. They are located in the Plaza and easy to miss, so make sure to see twice!"
