"After playing a round of golf and getting through the 5 O?clock traffic, I pulled into the drive thru at the KFC. Not being familiar with their menu I needed help with my order (2 thighs, 2 wings original recipe, 2 sides biscuits honey) and the representative?s assistance was excellent in completing the order, easily earning 5 stars. When I got home and opened the box, I was so disappointed to find no wings, 2 legs, no honey, no cookie. After my 3rd visit with similar results I decided not to go there anymore but the ?cold chicken? is too good to pass up. Today I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth with wings, biscuits and honey before driving off, I peeped in the box, saw the wings etc. When I got home opened the box and saw just the top of a biscuit, I called and asked for a manager. In the future, I will try to help improve my rating by only ordering chicken."
