"As I have had to many times to count, the same issue with Jack In the box. I work overnight, I place a mobile order, and when I get there they are closed. They are supposed to turn off mobile ordering, but never do. They take my money and I pay hell getting it back. You cannot call anyone, all you can do is fill out an online form, nobody ever responds to it. I have to make multiple requests and wait weeks to get a refund. Why??? I am still waiting on this restaurant in Lakewood to respond. My money was stolen on 1-31- 2024. Can I have my money back please? Stop ripping off your customers Jack!"
