Too over priced for the food, and the server will give you a judging look based on the tip you give them, even when it was only a take out order."

"This is located in the Merrimack st (lowell downtown). It’s a cute store. They server the best cakes in lowell. It’s very tasty. I was amazed to try their bubble tea. Apparently they server authentic home brewed Thai tea. It’s very good and they are so reasonable. They charged me only $4.99, where as the other stores charge you at least $7.5. That’s a huge difference. Parking could be an issue since the store is located in the main road. But street parking is available."

"Asked for extra meat got half a spoon but the workers friends in front of me got 3 spoons of his meat of choice with not asking for no meat, when I called them out about my concern got an attitude but funny part is I speak the same language and understood everything. Very disappointing of how terrible this moes has gotten, used to be the best."

"terrible customer service and the owner is extremely unprofessional and rude, definitiw racial profile me. I ordered sweet sour chicken with boneless ersatz ripening and low my (ruffled it came with rice as the menu combo indicated), but when I got my food, it came with half low that not even the bottom of the container, chicken finger, 4 pieces of boneless ersatz ripening and sweet sour sauce on the side. When I arrived with my sweet sour chicken and my missing rice, I asked if I could get another huh that actually came on with sauce and the manager raised her tune on me and said if they don't like how we make our sweet and sour ****, they can get a refund and eat somewhere else! I told her that her respectful ton and her posture was unnecessary and I just wanted to look something similar to the sweet acidic huh should as if they would see it online or in another restaurant. the manager then decided to pick up my eating from my own and throw my already paid for order in the garbage and told me to get a refund as if I said I didn't want to eat my food. when I waited for the authorities to arrive, the manager went on the retreat and came directly to me with a pitcher of water and told me that I was out, I was not welcome there to step on to me with the filled pitcher of water w/ intention to spill it on me, but the police had come to the restaurant. the fact that everyone in the restaurant was white, including the gitarren player, I feel as if I was treated like that because my race and the manager hadn't treated that each of these customers were acting on this wise. disgusting behavior, especially by a manager and I will never go back to this racist place."

"2nd chance. The first time they double billed me and had to go through my bank to get it fixed. The second time, I placed an order for four people. The subs had hardly any filling in them. It was all roll. I ended up giving my sub to my son to fill him up. There was hardly any steak and cheese in his sub roll. My nephew didn't get any sauces sent with his chicken finger sub. He had to eat the sub dry. They refused to bring to me the sauces that I requested. Absolutely horrible. I gave them ample opportunities to step up and they are just getting worse. No more chances. Moving on."

"Lost my interest in non-vegetarian because of restaurants like these in the USA. Wanted Chicken Majestic to try, but they didn't. Did Chili? Chicken, and it was tasteless, nothing but lemony taste in it. Never again order non-vegetarian from paradise. And then Ei biryani comes. OMG! Worst Egg biryani ever. Again there is no salt, no spices and no taste. Simply pure rice mixed with 30-40% cook carrots and potatoes and clear rice with egg pieces [absolutely no taste] above. It was the worst tasting Indian Food I ever had in the USA. We once fried eggs from here and loved it. That was 3 or 4 years back. After the taste went down, we reduced the order from here. But this time it's a threshold."

"I ordered a pizza to go. I arrived earlier than scheduled to pick it up but it was on counter, which surprised me. When I got it home it was so cold, but also burnt. I appeared it had been made earlier and they just thrown back in oven to (barely) warm up. Cheese and crust overcooked. I’ve had good pizza here in past. Probably won’t go back."

"Delicious smoked meat and delicious sides. All from ribs to smoked sausage, turkey and beyond. The fried okra is dropped after the order so that it piping hot and absolutely scrumptious. Weapons are the same. They roast them fresh after the order so there is no chance to get lukewarm or soggy fries. They offer original, sweet or spicy barbecue sauce along with mayonnaise and mustard. You have a small relish bar as well as with pimples, onions and jalapenos. There's no tip because it's half-fast food. However, the quality rivals or surpasses everything you would find in an expensive, sitting grill restaurant. In my opinion, it's much better than rib nativity."

"First time diners. Appealing interior. Dance music was pumping out of the stereo, I thought that was a little wrong for the setting. Service was good. Food came out fairly quick.Both of us had salads, average quality and taste. I had a beer, Beach,please....very light. I probably wouldn't have that one again. Worth a second taste."

"This was our first visit at The Mason Jar. Great first impression. Thankfully the outdoor patio was open an we really enjoyed the clean and spacious patio. The music was at the perfect volume. We could hear it but still have a conversation. The owner of the establishment was our server and was friendly and attentive. My husband was very happy with the Brisket Sandwich with queso, on toasted ciabatta. I loved my Western Burger. The portions were generous and reasonably priced. The only room for improvement would be to up the quality of the French fries. We will definitely be back and look forward to our next visit."

"We came here on a weekday evening and the atmosphere was nice and calm, which was helpful to decrease stimulation for my 6 year old. The pho and pork chop plate were delicious, nice and tender. The topping on the cake was the amazing service provided by AP. He was kind, fast and genuinely supportive towards helping in making our family feast so amazing! Thank you!"

"On a recent visit to Chelmsford we stopped at the 99 for lunch and it made my day. The staff was so friendly, the food was amazing, and my three kids (11, 9, 6) loved it. The Gold Fever Wings and Honey BBQ chicken wrap are family favorites! If yougrew up in this area like I did, you probably already love the 99. If you?re from out of town and looking to get an authentic,laid-bank New England experience where Boston sports fandom is a religion and nary an ?R? is spoken, please stop and eathere. We now reside in the DC area but always make time for a 99 visit when we?re in town! I highly recommend it!"

"The way they changed things around is very disappointing you used to be able to go through an order what you want specifically now you have to pay first and order and it is very confusing especially for people who do not speak Spanish all I wanted was two plates of food and once I ordered my check was 50 something dollars this is the third time this has happened since they changed it around. I was given basically a week's worth of food as usually one plate I can eat two or three times I don't think I will be going back I wish it was the old way I'm sure it their was too many people waiting to pay at the old register but it can still be done the old way and paying at the new register location and maybe not be such of a line"

"the selection was very limited. they had only 2\3 of their steaming tables in the insert. a few eating was good. some of them were sitting outside and I really need to ask for a refill of water? the sushi was very good. bathroom choice and no possibility to rinse the dishes! very careless. even the lucky cookies were sub par. and the obligatory 15% top is rob. 16.99 for dinner it is not worth it at this place. don't understand. much better buffets."
