"Enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Puritan with several signature dishes, including the scrumptious chicken tenders for which they are famous. The pita, the rolls, the salads were excellent. All of us had dinner plates that were exquisite, plentiful, and delicious. Had great leftovers! The deserts were wonderful, especially the coconut cream pie. Costs were reasonable for the quality and quantity. Staff consistently attentive. A local family favorite serving nearly a century, be sure to visit and enjoy! Thanks Puritan!!"

"Owners and staff were very nice, but the food was mediocre at best and for the prices they charge, it was not even close to being worth it. Appetizers were spicy and didn't have a lot of flavor southwestern chicken rolls, red pepper tomato soup. My meal a BLT panini. The bacon was partially burned there was only one small rectangle of Cabot cheese on each half. Others at table ordered black bean burger (it was burned), regular burger (it was ok, but too big at 1/2 lb), and another BLT panini (same as mine in quality). The French fries were not good. They were the coated kind. They include gratuity in all checks, you can't ask for separate checks and you have to order all your food at once (no appetizers first and then the meals). It also smelled like air freshener when first coming in which was a bit of a turn-off."

"Slow, Nasty, Expensive and Sick... This used to be a decent restaurant, what happened? To have the waitress tell us she'll have to check and see if the kitchen is ready for her to take our order was the craziest thing I've ever heard from a waitress. 30 minutes later she came and took our order. I had the shrimp basket or rather it had me, nasty, nasty, nasty. I took one bite of the cod and that was all I could stomach. 65 bucks plus tip with only water to drink is a bit steep. The worst part took place an hour and a half after we left, hugging the porcelain throne while I threw it all back up. I am done with this place, if this is what Europeans have to eat I'd be a bit uptight as well."

"I'm here for the birthday of a non vegan friend. It was okay. there are no tonne options. we ordered the falafel and impossible burger. the falafel was a failure. it fell apart when we tried to pick it up and had bad taste. we couldn't even finish it. the impossible burger was good, definitiw an expensive option, but it is cool that they have it. I wouldn't go out of mine, but we were happy we had something to eat. the selection of beer/drinks was decent."

"Walked in and was warmly greeted. Loved the cheese board, the straciatella, simple salad and cannelloni pasta dish. The bread was OUTRAGEOUSLY delicious, the server said it comes from local bakers. Came in with minimal expectations and was very pleased. Rustic and charming environment. Highly recommend."

"Not only is the food excellent, but the family who owns and operates this local comfy spot is so warm and caring and simply charming. Your experience in Manchester just is not complete unless you have dined here. This is where to get a real taste of Manchester and Greece united. <3"

"Surpassing my expectations of being honest, was a bit hesitating, as heard bad feedback about it and thought maybe it's all about the show and nothing about food, but today visited and was very surprised, I liked the pizza, not napolitana for a change, the chicken liver pate was good, but the slices of bread were too thick, but not a big thing, my son really enjoyed his ravioli. Staff are all very nice and professional to complement the experience, I almost felt as if I needed some sunshine in Italy Will definitely try to taste more dishes"

"Love the Local Moose! They have a great atmosphere, unique gluten free sandwiches that don't fall apart when you eat them, and the cold brew coffee is refreshingly different! The service is always great and their gluten free muffins are pretty hard to resist too. I would definitely recommend the Local Moose to anyone!"

"Absolutely thrilled to have come across Cilantro! The taco’s are exceptional. Today I had the “Street Taco’s” meal deal. I went with chorizo and the jalapeño garlic chicken (special of the day). Both were aromatic and delicious. Everything is fresh and locally sourced. I’d highly recommend Cilantro if you want to grab a quick meal in Manchester."

"Delicious food, friendly people and such a pleasant surprise to have authentic Mexican food seemingly out of the way in rural Maryland near the PA border. I had the Lengua Taco. The meat was soft and flavorful, while my dad had the vegetarian burrito. Unlike many other places, he loved that the onions and peppers were beautifully cooked and seasoned. The salsa verde was a nice match for the tortilla chips. Would love to come back!"

"Just left there had my first cup of coffee at Silk City Coffee, and it won't be my last. I can honestly say it's one of the best Cups Coffee I have ever had. The foam on top of the latte it was perfect consistency the espresso roast has a caramel subtlety and the fact that they use coconut milk was not overpowering or watery it was a beautiful blend of a wonderful flavor, watch out Starbucks you've got some major competition."

"One of our favorite places for dinner. We don't come often, maybe twice a year. We save this place as the restaurant we come to when we want a special night out. The food is creative, casual, and the atmosphere is eclectic. Don't tell anyone that this is our favorite otherwise we will never get in again!"

"We went this past Sunday for the 1st time, and walked into an attractive restaurant with very good service and nice music. We sat in the bar area and started off with the eggplant rollatini and pumpkin arancini. The eggplant was tasty and ricotta velvety-smooth. The eggplant was sliced a little thicker than I prefer, however, and wasn't quite cooked all the way through. The creamy sherry vinaigrette drizzled atop the arancini (tasty as well) was sparse also. The chicken piccata was very good and contained plenty of capers. Unfortunately, the veal parmesan was pounded so thin it was completely overtaken by the thick breading, which was also overly salty. The marinara sauce was very good, however. I was pleasantly surprised when told I could substitute for any pasta they had, including gnocchi. I also wasn't told there was a $3 upcharge but it does stand to reason I suppose. I was given 6 gnocchi in a little soup bowl drowned in sauce. It resembled soup. They couldn't be picked up with a fork, falling apart with each attempt. The gnocchi had an overly creamy custard-like consistency. Not ideal. The creme brulee and peach cobbler were great. No free soda or iced tea refills, however, which is rare. Not sure we'll be back."

"This restaurant is a must try! We stopped in one night at 8:30pm and they were closing in 30 mins. To our surprise the owner Steve was very nice as we took sometime to review the menu because it was our first time being there. He offered a glass of water and a tropical fruit punch and lemonade while we waited for our food to be made which was very tasty. We tried the fried duck for the first time it was crispy and delicious. I also tried PHO with shrimp and it was divine. Due to the exceptional customer service and delightful food we will definitely be back."

Great portions , my mom had the fisherman's platter and she couldn't believe the portion that was in there , she loved it and the haddock was perfectly cooked. The calzone was a steak and cheese with mushrooms onions and peppers and that was super good too and the chicken parm was good as well . Definitely plan on trying more things out"

"Every time I come here not only is the food consistently good, the staff is equally amazing. The manager is always welcoming and friendly and it really makes for a great experience. They have a good assortment of styles and toppings, I just wish they offered fried chicken tenders that would be incredible! I appreciate the standard elbow, and I'm definitely not complaining, but adding some other noodles could be cool too. Even with those suggestions, it's still a 5 star experience! We drive up from Boston every so often when we're craving the comfort of mac cheese and good vibes."

"The GRIPPOS BURGER was pretty cool. They burnt it to a crisp or else it would have been really good. Crinkle fries were decent at best. Nice staff. Unorganized but nice. I got charged for a Pepsi and didn't get one. I ordered a water and they brought me a bottle rather than a cup. If I'm trying to save calories by drinking water, the last think I want to do is pay for a bottle but oh well. The most annoying thing is they make you pay for the food before they cook it. I was blown away and was pretty sure I would order more food after I got my burger and fries but since I paid before, I didn't order more even though I was hungry and wanted to get a hotdog and grippos after i finished my burger. Also, how do you tip a server before you get served? I tipped generously assuming I would get good service. The second/third annoying thing was 3 of the 7 parking spots were taken up by cop cars and the cops weren't there so there's an obvious abuse of their VERY FEW PARKING SPOTS. OVERALL, id say go somewhere else. Not worth the hassle and $20 tab for burnt food and less than desirable experience."
