"This has always been my favorite Japanese restaurant to eat at. I drive from macon to eat their, but it has gotten increasingly worse over the last few months and we eat there a couple times a month. We went in there Saturday and they sat us at a table that was over half full and already had their soup and salad when there were 4 tables empty. This wasn't right and then sat the last 2 seats with people who weren't like us. I think this was unprofessional. Not only is the service bad the prices have gotten outrageous. I'm pretty sure this is my last visit"

"I don’t think they understand what it means when you want something specifically. I asked for a venti iced coffee, heavy cream, 3 pumps vanilla with a nitro lid and this is what I got for $5.08. Will not come back to this area again. Paid too much for your mistakes. And there should be no future references because it could and should be worded back to customers when they are at the window. No thank you for the redo…"

"Had a nasty attitude. Told me to hurry up and order because she was turning her fryers off. Let me order fried food and pay. I went to my car and she came out bc and said the kitchen was not going to cook my order. I asked for a refund she gave it but did not give me the correct bc amount back."

"Hit or miss on whether the order is served right depending on which staff member is there. I tried using the app to order ahead to ensure accuracy, as one staff member very rudely confronted me that it was impossible to ring up my order (despite having ordered it multiple times before with no problem with other staff). However, they have seemingly turned off order ahead with app all day every day for over 2 weeks now, so I guess no more orders from me."

"We have been wanting to try Shadetree BBQ for a while now as we are always in search of good and great BBQ. They impressed us today. We ordered the 3 meat plate that came with 2 sides. Half chicken, pulled pork, sliced brisket, jalapeno cheese sausage, fries and baked beans. Overall they did a great job especially for a small family run restaurant going from a good truck to brick and mortar. Everything was juicy, tender and full of good flavor. Baked beans were very good and the first I've had in the area that weren't warned up pork and beans. Prices are great too. Give Shadtree BBQ a try you went be disappointed especially if you like real smoked BBQ. Support a local family run business."

"Sooooo good. The gobbler sandwich is my favorite! Everything so fresh to this is the second time we’ve ordered. And the true blue sandwich awesome! I’m sure the salads are just as good and then the beefy your sandwiches are just as good but these are perfect when you don’t want something heavy but you want it to be filling and satisfying. So good!"
