"Not sure if this was an off day for them. Never been here before, just passing through. Ordered Medium roast beefs and they were Small, fries were old and hard, root beer wasn't root beer. Just handed us a bag and expected us to leave. Had to ask for our drinks and sauce. Still came up empty with the sauce we asked for that was supposed to be in the bag. "This is the worst Arby's my wife I have ever eaten at, the last 4 time we have went there they messed up our order wrong items and the last time everything was messed up or over cooked. So do yourself a big favor and go to lions choice in stead, we had never eaten there but after so many mistakes at Arby's we decided to give it a try.
