"We were eating there on recommendation, because the goose should be so good. So we called before to book and order Gans. Actually, we always choose chest and throat. On the phone, however, we were told that the portions were very large and that either breast or throat would suffice. Good. So my male decided to be a keule and I was a breast. We were kindly received and led to the back of the restaurant. The establishment is rustic and has already come very years, but well maintained. On the tables lay fabric tablecloths and the placemats were made of paper with very old photo prints, from the then very small place Rumeln. A small description. We liked it. The service was also very nice and friendly and we were quickly served. Unfortunately, we had the bad luck that we sat directly vis a vis a society and it was very loud. We couldn't talk if we didn't want to scream. For this we were involuntary listeners of conversations that were not interested in us. Now for dinner. There was a small, inexorable salad, which was as follows: 1 slice of snake cucumber, 1/4 tomato, 1 tablespoon. Crat salad and some green stuff. The dressing was also very economical, but it tasted very good. Then came the main food.Our goose dish at 19.90 Euro. When we saw the plates, we just looked at each other. As big as we were told, the portions were not at all. It's not even really great. I had my goose breasts on the plate in the piece, and two ready-made cheeses, which, of course, also tasted after nix. Red cabbage from the glass that was not refined and was just as taste-neutral as the monasteries. We've done some sauce that was separate in a bowl, about the red cabbage, so that he had at least some taste. On the red cabbage there was a slightly thicker slice of peeled apple, which was briefly fried and on it a Klacks berries. The only thing that was really good was the goose. Well fried,not too dry,Haut crispy. Actually, we'd have ordered pallets, but we didn't want to run the risk of getting ready-made. The espresso, then we saved ourselves, because the food didn't get us off the stool. We drank Veltins for dinner. The 0.25 l glass to 2 Euro and with the invoice there was still a bag. He didn't save the food anymore. Conclusion: For 2 Euros more, I get somewhere else's breast and throat, much more nicely dressed and the supplements by a lot of tasty and also larger portions. No prefabricated cash!"

"An diesem Ort kann man ganz wunderbar einkehren. Und zwar ganzjährig!Für die SchönwetterSaison gibt es einen netten Biergarten, den man z.B. im Rahmen einer Niederrhein-Radwandertour wunderbar zum verweilen, auftanken und stärken ansteuern kann. Aber nicht nur Außengastronomie sondern auch den kleinen aber feinen Gastraum, der ganzjährig geöffnet hat, finde ich sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet.Das Personal ist absolut angenehm, freundlich und zuvorkommend!Die Chefin kocht hier selber und zwar ganz schön gut :-)! Also auch ein dickes Plus von mir für Preisleistungsverhältnis und Qualität der Speisen.Es gibt eine übliche BiergartenSpeisekarte aber gerade auch im Innenbereich findet sich zusätzlich auf der Tageskarte immer etwas saisonales. Ob das im Biergartenbereich auch so ist kann ich nicht sagen, dass habe ich noch nicht herausgefunden, weil ich diese Lokalität für mich erst seit ein paar Monaten entdeckt habe. Bis jetzt war die Küche für mich immer durchgängig überzeugend!Hunde sind ebenfalls willkommen und werden hier genauso liebevoll empfangen wie die Menschen. Zu festlichen Anlässen kann man diese Gastronomie auch nutzen, dafür steht dann neben dem üblichen Gastraum wohl auch noch ein angrenzender Raum zur Verfügung - das habe ich selber noch nicht genutzt, kann mir aber vorstellen, dass man dort bestens betreut und versorgt ist.Ein durch und durch familiär gemütliche und unkomplizierte Atmosphäre, die ich wirklich sehr gerne zum auswärts Essen nutze."

"We had a table reserved for 6 adults and 3 children. We were kindly received and the table was decorated with some pine green and Christmas balls. Not too much. When Gruss from the kitchen, there was a pizza cake for everyone, which was halved and was covered and baked like a pizza margeritha. It tasted very good. We ordered some appetizers. While I opted for the mixed antipasti appetizer board, the others,tomato soup,or ravioli in broth. I tasted the appetizer plate excellent. It consisted of black olives, 1 Pepperoni (mild) ,1 grilled slice of zucchini with freshly planed parmesan over it,1 slice of aubergine, which was just as prepared as the zucchini,1 inlaid tomato,1 slice of fresh tomato with mozzarella,some Vitello tonato,fresh rocket and the best for me on the plate,1 fried shrles. To the main dish, we also chose different. My grandson (11) chose the pizza Margeritha and my granddaughter(7) only pommes and ketchup. The others chose beef steak, pork fillet, pizza calzone, or fish. I chose the 3 different fish fillets.The supplements,you could choose. We took all to our respective main foods, bread potatoes. The fish was very good, although I didn't realize what varieties it was. Certainly, salmon were involved, which was fried really well on the skin. The filets, were still a little glazed inside.So I imagine perfectly fried fish. Not that the roast potatoes hadn't tasted,but it wasn't,as a tablespoon full. So the main food, which started the fish, was very manageable when considering the price of almost 20 euros. On the other hand, it's very clever from the boss, because by this we have taken almost all, yet a dessert to us. This, in turn, was so much that one didn't make it completely and grabbed the rest. We chose the Tiramisu, which was very, very tasty. The pizza Margeritha was too much for my grandson, so the rest of it was also packed.Genauso, the calzone was so powerful that it was eaten only with difficulty, but no place left for dessert. The kids finally got a sucker. Conclusion : It has tasted Allen very well, including the children and they are actually quite mature.We are very well saturated rolled home .In the end, the output has been rewarded, because it was all more than satisfied. As drinks we took Pils,Weizen,Water,Apfelschorle,Cola,Tee(one was very cold) and espresso. I almost forgot to mention, on a table were also daily dishes, which we did not take, since we had Gans more often now and Wild is not necessarily our taste. What still pleasantly surprised us was that there was no shortened card,but we could choose quite normal.Isn't necessarily everywhere if Christmas or New Year's is. The service was great too. Friendly and we never needed to wait for the drinks."

"We came to the country house Mouse, because a friend of it faded. I can't believe it! We both grew up in the vicinity and are now not far away from the locality, but were there for the first time for dinner. This is simply because the locality from the outside is not particularly attractive and is also located directly on a well-run road. You should not be influenced by such externalities. Of course we have reserved it. A small parking space is available, but you can also park on the side strip. We were welcomed by a young man loosely fluffy. Right with you and he was very happy. As it turned out later, he was the guard and was not surprised that we were there for the first time. He often hears that because the owner doesn't do anything about the building. The restaurant is rustic. On the tables a small vase with fresh flowers and a square cube, as cutlery and napkin stand. This time too, I don't know the exact prices since we got no bill again. On the current menu, our dishes are no longer on it, and I had speculated on it so that I can call the prices. But there were very civilian prices. There are Veltins and Köpi from the barrel. My male took 2 Köpi 0.2 L to 1.50 Euro each Since I didn't have to drive, I took 2 Veltins 0.4 L to 3,00 Euro each. First we got a greeting from the kitchen. It was a very tasty spread with some bread. We just couldn't figure out what it was for a smash. On demand, the boss told us that he doesn't know exactly. Since they always work with fresh products and also use as much as possible, the cook always creates something different from the rest. It was delicious. Two day sheds were offered. We took the vegetable broth with ovulation What should I say. Well seasoned with a lot of egg engraving in it and some gray bread in it. As a main dish, my male took a carving with mold cheese sauce and onion. He chose Bratkartoffeln. He was thrilled. Schnitzel delicate and juicy and really lots of onions and sauce. The roasted potatoes were well roasted and seasoned. I took to the main Mediterranean chicken breast on Mediterranean vegetables and band noodles. Boah, that was delicious.The chicken was so tender and juicy, that was out of no mass keeping. Rarely eaten such a good chicken breast. The Mediterranean vegetables consisted of green olives, onions, zucchini, peppers, tomatoes .Very good. I told the boss how enthusiastic I was about the chicken breast and he was very happy about it. He said that since he refers the meat from Leverkusen, it is always top! No tendons,and always satisfied guests. The cook also makes the chicken nuggets for children. The kids are crazy about it. Conclusion : Best meat,a boss who still serves himself and that with fun .We are happy to come back. As I said, no longer the prices in the head,but it was not expensive."
