"My introduction to Frank's dates back to the Irving Park location on the north side more than 20 years ago and I must say that I immediately fell in love with seafood. When the years were past, I continued to move south and I would be the Burbank site and not a drop in taste and quality. So today I searched through Google search and found out that they have a Mokena location, so I decided to make a 15 miles trek to check it, and I must say it was good worth the trip! This location is the best because it was a better choice of products and the seafood was fresher. I had Jumbo shrimp, fish chip dinner, chicken and onion rings and everything was delicious! Even the sauces were good, the shrimps were huge and the chicken was some of the best I had in a take-out joint. Do not sleep in this place when you are in the area because I am a regular customer now! You serve fresh seafood dinner I love this place!"

"Goodbye Benihana, hello Zuki! Since Zuki opened in our area, we visited Benihana! Zuki is as good and better in some respects. You have Sushi restaurants and Hibachi restaurants in separate areas of the restaurant. Food is very good, you get ALOT. Each Hibachi dinner comes with salad, soup, roasted rice, noodles, vegetables, appetizer shrimps and the two main ice creams, all included. That's a lot of food for the money. You're gonna go full. The Hibachi dinner is cooked before you. My pictures show the scallops and Calamari as the two mains, plus all above. Great stuff! No need to go to Benihana or Hamada."

"We made a reservation for 9 people at this Japanese Steakhouse for 7pm. We arrived at the restaurant about 645pm. No where is sight were hibachi tables. Being that it was a Japanese Steak house and we were at the other Wu”s we expected the same thing. When I asked they told me they have one in the kitchen for the cook. I was not thrilled about that especially since I called to change the reservation to 10 people and asked to sit at a hibachi table and was told ok! Looking around the restaurant I also noticed there were no large tables yet they kept seating people as they came in even if they did not have a reservation as we stood there waiting. Now I understand with a large group we may have to wait but they were not leaving an area open where we could all sit. At 740 our reservation was for 7pm). We went up and asked they said they were working on it. Then they proceeded to tell me that they don’t have large tables. Well fine then why when I called did someone not tell me that when I added. 10th person to our group!!! Finally at 815pm an hour and 15 minutes after our reservation they told us they could seat us as long as we split up. At that point we were starving and being New Years Eve we would not get in anywhere else so we said fine. We thought we would at least have tables next to each other but that again was not the case so we went out as a group and ended up at two tables not near each other! Then the food. We got our soup and salad pretty quickly but then waited for our food. The food came out and was not even near the quality of the Wu’s in Orland Park!! The rice was mushy and all the food had a strange tasting sauce over it. I would not recommend the Wu’s in Mokena! Go to Orland Park where the Japanese steak house experience is what it should be and the food is good!"

"My group attended a reptile show nearby and decided to grab some food next door. We were craving pizza, and I ended up ordering the Chicago style pizza. It was absolutely delicious and didn't take too long to arrive. The flavor was fantastic. We enjoyed some March Madness on TV while eating our tasty meal. "Always pleasant young people work here, so nice to see. Also a great place for families with nuts allergies they have a strict allergy policy that they train their employees so well. You keep an ingredient list that you can check at the front counter. They open new containers of ice and make sure that the utensils are sanitated during the potting. And they will open new sleeves from safety cone to ensure no cross-contamination. Everything with a smile, no hate or worry. One of the few places where we can go without fears or frustrations. "This is our first time here and the first sign it was good, it was a lot of people here at 1030-11a. We haven't waited long, just like 5-10 minutes. Both lunch and breakfast menus had a variety of options and mostly typical things apart from some specialties. I got the Irish Benedict, who had beef bucks sawed over the English muffin, it was really good. Uncle got the club that was huge and good. The wife got the Sunday special with chocolate banana crepes, eggs hash browns sausage and bacon, it was only 10.98 and I think 3$ extra for these crepes. It was worth HUGE and every penny. I'm not a professional about cookies and Gravy, but the cookies were light and had a good taste to them, the Gravy was pretty good. Not too embarrassing. For service we had Christina and she was brilliant! She was happy and although she was busy, spent time chatting with us with a smile, she was very pleasant to have. The chefs put sausage sword on my Benedict by chance, I guess, and she came by to tell me that she made a mistake and she already told her boss she gave us a discount that was amazing. I have added these savings right into the top anyway! Thank you for the great experience that is looking forward to visiting!"

"Denny's is open 24 hours and this is not the kind of place where you go for a hot breakfast to a 3 AM and they will throw it through a window and give you a plastic fork to eat. No Denny's is OPEN, come in, sit down, comfortable, step back and relax. Someone has to wait for you. My experience with Denny's in Mokena is GREAT, the food is always prepared as it is shown on the menu and if I want something that is not on the menu, the cook will make it for me when they have the ingredients. Recently I ordered an old standby, The Southern Slam, I say it is from the menu for 10 years, nobody knows why. But there are cookies and gravy and eggs cooked as you like them. Denny in Mokena made it for me."

"First I will start by saying this location has fallen off with their salads and Sandwiches but let me start with the Good. During this visit we ordered the Chipotle chicken and Bacon Spud, side broccoli, Carrot Cake pick 2 chicken club and harvest chicken Salad Salad.The chicken and Bacon Spud was excellent its a must try. Steam broccoli was very good. Carrot Cake was good just a little too sweet for me because I don't eat alot of sugar so I would say try it for yourself.Now the Bad. The Chicken club use to be very good cut into triangles with the toothpicks. I received the three pieces of bread cut in half. The bottom layer was a big hunk of lettuce only with no meat, as it typically is and I have ordered thissandwich for years. When I tell you it was so much lettuce on the sandwich until I did not need to order the salad. It supposed to come with mayo and honey mustard. I asked for no mayo but they forgott to put honey mustard which is the highlight of the sandwich. Needless to say the sandwich was very dry and inedible. Lastly the salad, it was the chicken salad salad. Now the chicken salad was very fresh but the lettuce OMG. It was big chunks of big white stalks. I had to pick the chunks out and by the time I did it was barely anything. Maybe 3 forks worth. Not sure what happened to the sandwiches and salad but please please take more pride when preparing food for paying customers especially the loyal ones."

"I absolutely love white castle, from my youth to my golden Years I like to have a combo pack once in a while and as for the the taste and shape of the burger, it has not changed much! "I drive by here often but decided to stop by last night. The food was not that good. Ordered a ribeye steak sandwich with nothing other than bread because a good steak needs nothing else. I'm not even sure what they gave me was a ribeye. It's the only thing I had besides the fries which were cold. So I can't speak on anything else. But I definitely would not order a ribeye steak sandwich from them again. I took a couple bites and threw the rest of it in the garbage."
