"Breakfast is a hard 'widget' for sale, let alone on a busy Sunday morning. I've been independent for 25 years. Before such, I managed restaurant locations for Darden in the Chicago region at busy locations. I came to Denny's location this morning after another restaurant. At this point I noticed little things that made me realize that the previous institution would not be a great experience, and even a good experience was in question. Oh, how my morning changed the view of my day that I found this Denny's location.... Where do I start? The host, not yet sure whether his name, very maybe we will manage, but I can't be sure. Part of the reason why I can't be sure is every employee here wears their weight and helps others. I sat at the counter as a single diner, which I prefer to have a chair after standing in the former restaurant for 20 minutes and not sitting. My order for food, eggs Benedict with one side of French toast, was immediately delivered to the kitchen and expedited in wonderful time. If you've ever been here before you noticed that the kitchen is open to the dining experience... Once you've been working in restaurants, you've also heard that the kitchen can be a loud place... not this... This works so quiet and professional that you can hear the crisp egg hitting the pan. Incredible efficiency starts in the kitchen on a Sunday morning breakfast and it is a smooth machine. Personal communication is incomparable... If you have ever worked in a restaurant, you know that there are places that are considered crash corners, we can 're in front of house personnel can accidentally bump into each other as they come a corner from different directions. At any rate, someone approaches the corner that I'm sitting near, while at my counterpart there's a soft expression of the corner that comes out, who approaches, rather than bumping blind into someone when it surrounds the same corner. The cleaning of tables and wiping of counters and tables takes place, things are very clean, seemingly always. Even though the plates are cleaned and busy at the stations, they are quietly placed to make no racket, while people try to enjoy their culinary experience. Each of these employees could be successful in any other restaurant and even teach others... Heck can be several managers who are currently working on this place, and I don't even know because it's so professional of all to do the job right for the customer. If I ever want a good experience in town to start the day, it will be here."
